摘 要 大学生干部是学生群体中的先进分子，他们作为高校的重点培养对象，既是教师和学生的重要纽带和桥梁，更是各项学生工作得以落实的具体组织者和协调者。大学生干部培养质量的高低直接影响着大学的校风、学风，沟通管理者与被管理者服务日常教学和管理工作。加强对大学生干部的培养显得尤为迫切。本文试图从当前大学生干部培养的现状出发，进一步分析大学生干部培养过程中存在的主要问题以及对加强大学生干部培养提出建议与措施作了一个初步探讨。

Abstract The advanced elements of the college student cadre is the student groups， they as the focus of the colleges and universities to develop a target， is not only an important link and the bridge of teachers and students， but also the students work to implement the specific organizer and coordinator. The discretion of the college student cadres training quality directly affects the school spirit and style of study， of the university of communication managers and service daily teaching and management work by managers. To strengthen the cultivation of the college student cadre is particularly urgent. This paper starting from the present situation of the current university student cadre training， further analysis the main problems existing in the process of college student cadres training measures， and puts forward Suggestions for strengthening college student cadres training and makes a preliminary discussion.

大学生干部在大学生群体里扮演着非凡的角色，他们是大学生群体里的先进分子和骨干，是联系学校和广大学生的桥梁和纽带，是学校开展各项学生工作的得力助手。他们引领广大学生的思想发展方向。高校大学生干部的培养至关重要，它是学生工作中不可或缺的一部分，也是有效促进高校教育管理的关键。

在经济全球化日益紧密的今天，以及中国步入改革攻坚阶段的新的形势下，对进一步加强大学生干部的培养，提升大学生干部的综合素养、高校大学生干部的培养机制都提出了新要求。如何培养责任心强、能力强、有实干精神和服务意识的大学生干部，以适应新形势的发展需要，已成为广大高校在学生工作里的重点和难点。

1 当前大学生干部培养的现状
