[摘要]目的 研究糠酸莫米松乳膏联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗慢性湿疹及神经性皮炎的临床效果。方法 随机选择2014年8月～2015年8月我院收治的94例慢性湿疹及神经性皮炎患者作为研究对象，根据用药方法不同分为两组，44例患者仅用糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗为对照组，50例在对照组用药基础上联合用卡泊三醇軟膏为观察组，评价不同用药疗效。结果 治疗后，观察组的靶皮损面积、皮损面积评分、皮肤瘙痒评分以及湿疹指数评分、皮肤生理功能以及治疗有效率与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 慢性湿疹及神经皮炎选用糠酸莫米松乳膏联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗，可明显缩小靶皮损面积、减轻皮损程度，可改善皮肤瘙痒，效果显著。

Clinical study of Mometasone Furoate Cream combined with Calcipotriol Ointment for the treatment of chronic eczema and neurodermatitis

[Abstract]Objective To study the clinical effect of Mometasone Furoate Cream combined with Calcipotriol Ointment in the treatment of chronic eczema and neurodermatitis.Methods A total of 94 patients with chronic eczema and neurodermatitis treated in our hospital were randomly selected as object from August 2014 to August 2015.The patients were divided into two groups according to the method of medication.44 patients given Mometasone Furoate Cream for the control group，while 50 cases based on the control group were given Kalbotriol Ointment for the observation group.Efficacy of different drugs was evaluated.Results After treatment，the lesion area，lesion area score，skin pruritus score and eczema index score，skin physiological function and treatment efficiency of the observation group were statistically significant compared with the control group （P<0.05）.Conclusion Mometasone Furoate Cream combined with Calcipotriol Ointment for the treatment of chronic eczema and neurodermatitis can obviously narrow the target lesion area and reduce the degree of skin lesions，improve the skin itching，the effect is remarkable.

慢性湿疹以及神经皮炎为一种临床常见的慢性皮肤病，病情主要表现为皮肤苔藓、瘙痒，病情容易反复发作，影响患者的生活质量水平[1]，因此选择合适药物有效治疗慢性湿疹以及神经性皮炎，对于缓解患者的困扰十分重要。本次研究中，对比评价单用糠酸莫米松乳膏与糠酸莫米松乳膏联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗疾病的效果，总结如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取我院2014年8月～2015年8月收治的慢性湿疹及神经性皮炎患者中的94例对其临床资料进行分析总结，根据用药方法不同分两组，对照组44例，男25例，女19例；年龄为15～73岁，平均（42.3±8.2）岁；平均病史为（4.70±1.02）年；慢性湿疹24例，神经性皮炎20例。观察组50例，男30例，女20例；年龄为18～70岁，平均（4.56±1.05）岁；平均病史为（4.59±1.05）年；慢性湿疹30例，神经性皮炎20例。所有患者均符合慢性湿疹以及神经性皮炎的诊断标准，获得本次治疗的知情权，同意参与本研究。……
