[摘要]目的 研究血清降钙素原、C反应蛋白水平测定在社区获得性肺炎疾病患病情评估中的应用价值。方法 选择2014年4月～2016年4月我院收治的细菌性社区获得性肺炎和病毒性社区获得性肺炎患儿各50例，同时抽取同期在我院接受健康体检的同龄健康者50例，分别设为研究1组、研究2组、对照组。采用酶联免疫比浊法对三组研究对象的血清降钙素原和C反应蛋白水平进行测定，并比较三组血清降钙素原和C反应蛋白水平检测结果阳性人数。结果 研究1组血清降钙素原和C反应蛋白水平明显高于研究2组和对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究2组血清降钙素原和C反应蛋白水平明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 血清降鈣素原和C反应蛋白水平测定对社区获得性肺炎疾病患儿的病情评估具有一定的临床价值。

Observation of the application of serum calcitonin original and C-reactive protein in the condition assessment of children with community-acquired pneumonia

[Abstract]Objective To study the application value of level determine of serum calcitonin original and C-reactive protein （CRP） in the evaluate of community-acquired pneumonia disease.Methods Fifty children with bacterial community acquired pneumonia and 50 children viral with community-acquired pneumonia diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2016 were selected，while 50 healthy people with the same age at the same period in our hospital accepted physical examination were selected，they were defined as the study group 1，study group 2 and control group.Levels of serum calcitonin original and CRP of the three groups were determined by enzyme-linked immune turbidimetric method，and the test results of three groups of several indicators and number of test results positive were compared.Results Levels of serum calcitonin original and CRP of study 1 group were significantly higher than those of the study 2 group and the control group，the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）；levels of serum calcitonin original and CRP were significantly higher than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion Levels of serum calcitonin and CRP have certain clinical value in severity evaluation of children with community-acquired pneumonia disease.

社区获得性肺炎属于临床常见的一种呼吸系统疾病，该病的临床治疗难度相对较大，且疾病致死性较高。有临床相关研究结果显示[1]，大多数情况下社区获得性肺炎疾病都是由于细菌和病毒等病原体感染所导致，其病原学检查所消耗的时间相对较长，且阳性率较低，对于该疾病早期诊断的指导意义并不是很大。而社区活动性肺炎疾病患者的影像学表现和临床症状表现与肺结核疾病极为相似，仅通过抗酸染色、细菌培养、临床表现观察等方法，对获得性肺炎疾病进行鉴别难度较大[2-5]。本次研究对应用血清降钙素原、C反应蛋白两项指标水平测定方式对患有社区获得性肺炎疾病患儿的病情进行评估的临床价值进行了探讨，现报道如下。……
