摘 要：产业技术联盟作为一种新型的产学研合作创新组织，在推动产业持续创新发展中发挥了越来越重要的作用。该文概述了福建省农业产业技术创新联盟的开展情况，探讨了构建农业产业技术创新联盟的必要性，并提出立足福建区域特色农业，构建“福建现代种业型”、“福建特色农产品型”、“福建生态型”、“福建现代设施农业型”、“福建农业文化型”、“闽台农业合作型”等6个类型的产业创新联盟。

Abstract： The industrial technology alliance， as a new industryuniversityresearch cooperation innovation organization， has played a more and more important role in promoting the sustainable innovative development of industry. The developing status and construction necessity for the technological innovation alliance of agricultural industry in Fujian were introduced firstly in this paper. Then， it was put forward that the six types of industrial innovation alliance， which involved in Fujian modern seed industry， Fujian characteristic agricultural products， Fujian ecology， Fujian modern facility agriculture， Fujian agricultural culture and the agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan， should be constructed based on the regional characteristic agriculture in Fujian.

2014年以來，福建自贸区建设得到国家层面的大力支持，为实现福建经济提速、全面跨越发展提供重要引擎。福建农业区域创新体系建设也迎来新的发展机遇。当前，产业技术创新联盟已成为增强科技竞争力、推进产业升级、加快经济发展的重要举措。加快福建农业产业技术创新联盟的构建与发展，可以为产业创新和可持续发展提供支撑。本文简要总结了福建省农业产业技术创新联盟的开展情况，提出构建具有福建鲜明区域特色的农业产业创新技术联盟模式，为实现福建农业的跨越发展提供参考。

1 福建农业产业技术创新联盟开展情况

近年来，在相关政策的引导下，福建省一些农业龙头企业积极与农业高校、科研院所联合，组建了一批省级或地市级农业重点领域的产业技术创新联盟。福建省科技厅已公布了5批28个省级重点的产业技术联盟[1-5]，其中有关农业的就有12个，占比达42.9%。……
