摘要 创新是人类社会进步与发展的永恒话题，是一个民族进步的灵魂，是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力，创新意识是创新的内在动力。培养创新型人才的基础是教育，作为高等院校，更应该在传授知识和技能的同时，努力培养学生们的创新意识和实践能力。为提高大学生人文素质和科学素质，培养大学生的创新精神、创业精神和实践能力，鼓励和支持大学生尽早地参与科学研究、技术开发和社会实践等创新活动，各高校陆续设立了大学生创新基金项目（SRF）。本文介绍高校在大学生创新意识培养上的主要措施，并指出高校教师在大学生创新意识培养上的注意事项，以供参考。

Abstract Innovation is the eternal debating topic when it comes to social development.As the soul of a nation，innovation provides a never-ending impetus for its thriving and prospering.Cultivation of the innovative ability of university students is a primary task of higher education organization.As for higher education，we should not only teach students knowledge and skills，but also cultivate their innovative awareness.In order to enhance their humanity and scientific qualities，foster their innovativeness，entrepreneurship and practical ability，Student Research Fund（SRF）has been set up in many colleges and universities，encouraging students to engage in scientific research，technological development and social innovation at an earlier time.This paper introduced the main measures for the cultivation of college students′ innovative consciousness in colleges and universities，and put forward the attention of college teachers in the cultivation of college students′ innovative consciousness，in order to provide references.

“创新”一词由奥地利经济学家J.A.熊彼特（Joseph Alois Schumpeter）于1912年在《经济发展理论》（1912年德文版）中首次使用。按照熊彼特的观点，所谓创新就是建立一种新的生产函数，把一种从来没有过的关于生产要素和生产条件的新组合引入生产体系[1]。

创新是一个过程，创新意识是创新活动的出发点和内在动力，也是创造思维和创造力的前提。创新意识是人自觉地确定创新目标，并有效地调节自己的行为，克服一切困难和障碍去实现目标的心理过程，表现为不满足于现有的知识和定论，勇于质疑，敏锐地洞察事物发展趋势和规律，同时又尊重科学、实事求是，准确地制定行为目标，并以坚定的信念去实现创新目标[1]。……
