[摘要] 目的 探讨良性前列腺增生合并糖尿病患者的围手术期护理方式。 方法 根据2013年3月—2015年2月該院的80例良性前列腺增生合并糖尿病患者来分析研究，将患者分成研究组和常规组，均有40例。常规组使用常规护理方式，研究组使用常规护理和围手术期针对性护理，对两组的临床护理情况进行分析比较。 结果 研究组的临床护理效果要比对照组优秀。 结论 研究组使用了围手术期针对性护理，根据患者的病情采取了护理措施，其效果要比对照组的常规护理优秀，临床中应该进行推广使用。

Perioperative Nursing Care of Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Complicated with Diabetes Mellitus

[Abstract] Objective To explore the perioperative nursing methods for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods According to the analysis of 80 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with diabetes in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2013， the patients were divided into the study group and the routine group， and there were 40 cases. Routine nursing methods were used in the routine group， the study group used routine nursing and perioperative nursing care， and the clinical nursing of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The clinical nursing effect of the study group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion The study group used the perioperative targeted care， according to the patient's condition to take care measures， the effect is better than the control group of conventional care， clinical should be used to promote the use of.

良性前列腺增生症（BPH）在老年男性群体中发病率较高，该疾病以前列腺增大为主要表现，吓尿路症状和尿动力学变化，导致了患者的生活质量下降，睡眠质量下降，根据研究表明，超过50岁的男性，其发病率达到了50%以上，80岁以上的男性，其发病率超过了90%。临床中该疾病比较多见的情况是合并糖尿病（DM）[1]，糖尿病患者发生该疾病的几率大约是40%～60%，该疾病初期症状不明显，病情发展缓慢，如果不进行治疗，则会发展为泌尿系统感染和肾衰疾病[2]。该疾病因患者自身不良习惯而受到影响，吸烟酗酒等等[1]。该疾病和糖尿病患者的发病年龄段比较相似，部分患者会同时患有两种疾病。临床中为良性前列腺增生患者提供手术切除治疗，但是患者情况特殊，要提供针对性的护理[3]，现报道如下。……
