毛细管电泳法用于检测糖化血红蛋白的优势性分析

[摘要] 目的 分析用于檢测糖化血红蛋白的毛细管电泳法的性能,并与伯乐D10糖化血红蛋白分析仪进行对比和分析,以期指导临床应用。方法 选取正常人、缺铁性贫血患者和血红蛋白变异者各10名,每人静脉采集全血6 mL,加入抗凝剂制成标本,为正常组、缺铁性贫血组和变异体组,每组血液标本平均分为两份,分别用毛细管电泳仪和伯乐D10糖化血红蛋白分析仪进行糖化血红蛋白的检测,记录数据并进行分析比对,运用统计学方法处理数据。结果 ①在无干扰因素的情况下,毛细管电泳法和伯乐D10糖化血红蛋白分析仪对于糖化血红蛋白的检测相关性良好,其含量分别为(5.55±0.54)%和(5.53±0.52)%,差异无统计学意义(t<2.101,P>0.05)。②糖化血红蛋白变异体对两种检测方法的影响 在变异体存在的情况下,两种检测方法检测结果存在差异,毛细管电泳法的结果与血糖结果相符,具体结果见表2、表3。③缺铁性贫血对两种检测方法的影响缺铁性贫血可使糖化值升高,具体结果见表4。结论 毛细管电泳法与伯乐D10糖化血红蛋白分析仪相比具有明显优势,应用条件较简单,可操作性和可重复性高,前者不受变异体干扰,与临床诊断结果相符,且能提示缺铁性贫血的存在与否,适合应用到临床的诊断检查中。

Capillary Electrophoresis Method Used for Determination of Glycosylated Hemoglobin Advantage Analysis

[Abstract] Objective To analysis of capillary electrophoresis method used for determination of glycosylated hemoglobin performance, and compared with Bio-Rad D10 glycated hemoglobin analyzer and analysis, in order to guide clinical application. Methods Choose normalpeople,patients with iron deficiency anemia and hemoglobin variability each 10, each vein whole blood collected 6 ml, join the anticoagulant specimen, respectively divided into four groups, respectively, the normal group, iron deficiency anemia group and variants, each group of average blood specimen was divided into two, respectively, with capillary electrophoresis apparatus and Bio-Rad D10 test the glycosylated hemoglobin a1c analyzer, record the data and analysis, process the data by statistical methods. Results 1, In the case of no interference factors, capillary electrophoresis and bole D10 for glycosylated hemoglobin a1c analyzer test correlation is good, its content, respectively. (5.55 ± 0.54) % and(5.53 ± 0.52) %, there is no statistical difference(t<2.101,P>0.05). 2, Glycated hemoglobin variant of the influence of two kinds of detection methods In the presence of variants, differences between two methods of testing results, the results of capillary electrophoresis with blood sugar results of specific results are shown in table 2 and table 3.3, The influence of iron deficiency anemia of two kinds of detection methods Iron deficiency anemia can make the saccharification value increases, the specific results are shown in table. Conclusion Capillary electrophoresis method compared with bole D10 glycated hemoglobin analyzer has obvious advantages, the application condition is relatively simple, high maneuverability and repeatability, the former can't be interfered variants, consistent with clinical diagnosis, and can suggest the existence of the iron deficiency anemia, suitable for application in clinical diagnostic work-up.
