摘 要 随着我国医药事业的高速发展，以及与国际同行的竞争日益激烈，药学事业不仅需要高素质的药学技术人员，尤其需要一大批既懂医药学专业知识，又懂得国内外药品管理的法律法规，具备一定管理能力的基层药事管理人员。本文探讨了药事管理学教学中的案例教学法、专题讨论教学法、社会调研教学法的实施和注意问题，以期在现实教学中培养学生的药事管理工作能力。

Abstract With the rapid development of China's pharmaceutical industry， and with international counterparts competition， pharmaceutical industry requires not only high-quality pharmaceutical technical personnel， especially in need of a large number of can understand the professional knowledge of pharmacy， and know the laws and regulations of the drug management at home and abroad， have certain management ability of grass-roots pharmaceutical administration personnel. This paper discusses the discipline of pharmacy administration case teaching method in the teaching of topics of discussion teaching method， the implementation of the teaching method of social research and pay attention to the problem. To in practical teaching in training students of pharmacy management ability.

藥事管理学是药学与社会学、法学、经济学、管理学及行为科学相互交叉、渗透形成的边缘学科，研究药事的管理活动及其规律，以药品质量监督管理为重点，解决公众用药问题为导向的应用学科。所有的医药类专业（包括临床药学、中药、药事管理、医药营销等等），都将“药事管理学”课程作为专业基础课。

而药事管理学与其它学科相比具有一些明显的特殊性：课程涉及的知识面广、政策规章更新快、法律用语枯燥抽象等，学生理解吸收难度加大，能力培养问题显现。为依法治国方略在药事领域的具体实现，为行业培养高素质的职业化人员，适应当前教育教学改革实际，突出能力培养为核心，我们就药事管理学教学开展了以管理工作能力培养为核心的教学方法探索实践。
