摘 要 目前思想政治工作是警察院校学生培养中的一个薄弱环节，这导致了培养的人才在思想政治方面存在一定的不足，难以较好地胜任警察工作的基本岗位要求。在这种情况下，如何适应当前学生思政工作的新形势，制定切实有效的措施来提升学生思政工作效果，这成为了警察院校发展中不能够回避的重要课题。本文对于警察院校思政工作面临的形势进行了探讨，分析了警察院校学生思政工作的重要意义，在对这一工作效果的拖累因素进行全面分析的基础之上，提出了警察院校学生思政工作效果提升的策略。

0 引言

警察院校思政工作的良好开展有助于学生形成正确的人生观以及价值观，帮助学生塑造优秀的思想政治品质，使之成为作风优良、素质过硬的警察，继而在走向工作岗位以后，能够用好手中职权，切实履行好自身的职责。随着时代的不断发展，警察院校思想政治工作環境、对象、方法等都发生重大变化，思想政治工作面临着新的形势，这给警察院校学生思想政治工作提出了更高的要求。目前警察院校在学生思政工作方面开展方面并没有做到与时俱进、不断创新，这导致思政工作效果不是很理想，很多毕业生在校期间并没有形成良好的思政素质，从而影响到了一支思想政治素质过硬的警察队伍建设。这客观上要求警察院校要深刻反思目前学生思想政治工作开展中存在的不足，采取有效的措施来进一步提升学生思政工作效果，从而全面推动学生政治素养的不断改善。……
