4 Study on Improving the Content of Flavonoids in Radix Astragali by Microbial FermentationDiaoHuan,ZhangZhen,YuWeiqunLiuJie(CollegeofPharmacy,XinHuaUniversityofAnHui,Hefei230088,China)Abstract: The paper studies the effect of microbial solid fermentation on the content of flavonoids in Radix Astragali as raw material. Both single-factor and orthogonal experiments adopted, the effects of the fermentation time and temperature, the inoculum size, the fermentation pH on the content of flavonoids in Radix Astragali have been studied. The single-factor experiment results show the optimum condition is the 32℃ fermentation temperature, the 5-day fermentation time, 2mL inoculation amount and pH=6. Then the three-factor and three-level orthogonal experiment have been designed by choosing the three greatest factors to decide advantages and disadvantages of each factor and level. The results show that the optimum fermentation process isA3B3C2andthehighestcontentofflavonoidsis0.586mg/g.Comparedwiththeunfermentedcontrolgroup(0.255mg/g),thecontentofflavonoidshasbeenincreasedgreatlyby229%.Key words: radix astragali; microbial fermentation; flavonoids; content

Methods: The oil extraction rates and the quality had been compared among the different methods of steam distillation and the treatments of different materials. Results: The results showed that the best way was the distillated-oil determination in Chinese Pharmacopoeia; the addition of Sodium Chloride to the materials could improve the oil extraction rate and the quality with the highest oil extraction rate from the peony in the bud stage dried in the shade. Conclusion: The research provides the important technical supports for steam distillation to extract essential oil from the peony. Meanwhile the best harvest time and the best preservation method are determined.Key words: the peony; essential oil; steam distillation; oil extraction rate

16 The Effects of Occupational Therapy on Cerebral Blood Flow of Patients with Cerebral InfarctionZengHaojie(DepartmentofInternalMedicine,theCentralHospitalofQianjiangCity,Qianjiang433100,China)HeYong(PeriodicalAgencyofYangtzeUniversity,Jingzhou434023,China)Abstract: Objective:To explore and evaluate the rehabilitation therapies for cerebral infarction by observing the effects of occupational therapy on cerebral blood flow of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods:127 inpatients had been divided into the rehabilitation group(RG)with 65 cases and the control group(CG) with 62 cases. Meanwhile 81 healthy volunteers had been chosen as the healthy control group(HG).The patients in RG had been treated with both drug and the occupational therapy, and those in CG with drug only. The average cerebral blood flow(ACF) in bilateral MCA in RG, CG and HG had been examined by TCD. Results: The ACFs in bilateral MCA in RG and CG were slower than that in HG(P<0.01) before treatment. After 30-day treatment, there were no statistical differences in the ACF between RG and HG(P>0.05), the ACF obviously higher in RG after treatment than that in CG (P<0.01) and the ACF in CG obviously higher after treatment but slower than in HG(P<0.05). Conclusion: The occupational therapy can increase ACF of bilateral MCA in patients with cerebral infarction and TCD can be regarded as a marker to evaluate the early curative effects.Key words: cerebral infarction;TCD;average cerebral blood flow;occupational therapy

18 Preventive Effects of Lifestyle Interventions on Gestational Diabetes Mellitus of High Risk Pregnant WomenYinMing(MedicalSchoolofYangtzeUniversity,Jingzhou434023,China)WuHongyan(DepartmentofEndocrinology,theFirstHospitalofYangtzeUniversity,Jingzhou434000,China)LiuDan(MedicalSchoolofYangtzeUniversity,Jingzhou434023,China)DaiXuemei(DepartmentofEndocrinology,theFirstHospitalofYangtzeUniversity,Jingzhou434000,China)Abstract: Objective:To explore whether gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) can be prevented by lifestyle interventions in pregnant women who are at high risk for the disease. Methods: 272 high-risk women with a history of GDM and/or BMI ≥ 28kg/m2had been enrolled in the study and been randomly allocated to the intervention group (n= 150)orthecontrolgroup(n= 122).Twogroupshadbeentreatedwithlifestyleinterventionsfromthetimeofenteringthegrouptotheendofgestation.Individualizedcounselingondietandphysicalactivitieshadbeenappliedtothesubjectsintheinterventiongroup,thelifestyleinterventionsappropriateforthecurrentphysicalconditionsinthecontrolgroup.ThediagnosisofGDMhadbeenbasedona75-goralglucosetolerancetestafter24weeksofgestation.Results:Atotalof218womenwerefinallyincludedintheanalysis.TheincidenceofGDMwas12.9%intheinterventiongroupand20.6%inthecontrolgroup(P=0.042, after adjustments for age and prepregnant BMI and detection on whether suffering from GDM and gestational history),andOR=0.6(95% Cl 0.36~0.94); Gestational weight gain was lower in the intervention group by 0.51 (95% Cl 0.06~0.92)(P<0.001). Physical activities were strengthened and dietary quality was improved in the intervention group compared with the control group. Conclusion: The incidence of GDM in high-risk pregnant women can be reduced by individualized lifestyle interventions such as controlling diet and strengthening physical activities, which should be recommended highly.Key Words: gestational diabetes mellitus; high risk; lifestyle interventions

40 The Expression Level and Clinical Significance of Serum TSLP in Patients with Gastric CancerDongHong,HuangRong,LiuTianchun(ClinicalLaboratory,theFirstHospitalofYangtzeUniversity,Jingzhou434000,China)Abstract: Objective: To investigate the expression level and clinical significance of serum TSLP in the patients with gastric cancer.Methods: 100 patients with gastric carcinoma had been selected in the First Hospital of Yangtze University from January 2008 to January 2011 as the study group and 100 healthy subjects taking physical examination in the same period in the hospital had been selected as the control group. ELISA had been adopted to investigate the serum TSLP expression levels, which had also been compared among the gastric cancer patients with different pathological characteristics, the survival rates of the patients with different serum TSLP expression levels compared and the Cox proportional hazard model used to analyze the factors affecting the prognosis. Results: The serum TSLP expression levels of gastric cancer patients (21.86±13 4.2)pg/mL were significantly higher than those of healthy subjects (145.3±123.5)pg/mL (P<0.05); the data of serum TSLP expression levels of different histological differentiation, lymph node metastasis, liver metastasis and clinical staging of gastric cancer patients were statistically significant (P<0.05); Cox proportional hazard model analysis showed that serum TSLP concentrations affected the prognosis of the patients (95% CI 1.000~1.002,P=0.003); the 5-year survival rate of the patients with lower serum TSLP (70.5%) was significantly higher than those with the higher serum TSLP (50.6%) (P=0.027). Conclusion: The expression levels of serum TSLP in the patients with gastric cancer are significantly higher. The prognosis of patients with higher expression level of TSLP is poor, which is worth further study.Key words: gastric cancer; TSLP; the survival rate; prognosis

44 Clinical Application of ECLIA and TRFIA for Detection of AFPWuDengmin,ChenQihong,LiuBing(DermatologyDepartment,theCentralHospitalofJingzhou,Jingzhou434020,China)Abstrac:Objective: To analyze the clinical application of electrochemiluminescence immunoassay (ECLIA) and time-resolved fluorimmunoassay (TRFIA) for detection of AFP. Methods: ECLIA and TRFIA had been used to detect the serum levels of AFP in 5 groups, including 120 cases of liver cancer, 48 cases of gastric cancer, 32 cases of breast cancer, 45 cases of ovarian cancer and 50 cases of healthy people. The accuracy, the stability, the linear range and the correlation regression analysis had been observed. Results: The results showed AFP values were respectively (520.36±354.26)ng/mL by ECLIA and (558.48±360.27)ng/mL by TRFIA in the liver cancer group, (15.38±2.34)ng/mL and (18.63±1.42)ng/mL in the gastric cancer group, (10.35±3.51)ng/mL and (18.63±1.42)ng/mL in the breast cancer group, (13.53±2.96)ng/mL and (11.81±4.36)ng/mL in the ovarian cancer group and (6.32±5.14)ng/mL and (6.51±5.42)ng/mL in the normal group. There was no significant difference in the detection results between the two methods (P>0.05), and the correlation coefficient was 0.992, positive correlation. The intra and inter batch variation coefficients of ECLIA and TRFIA were lower than 2.9% and 5.7% respectively, the former better than the latter. Conclusion: Both TRFIA and ECLIA can be used to clinically detect AFP with high accuracy, stability and correlation.Key words: ECLIA; TRFIA; AFP

52 Statistical Analysis of 43 Cases of Clinical Blood Transfusion Adverse ReactionsCaochangbai,SongJianwei,ZouJing,XuLing,WangYa,LiuXiaoqin,ChenZhuoren(Departmentofbloodtransfusion,theFirstHospitalofYangtzeUniversity,Jingzhou434000,China)Abstract: Objective:To study the related factors of adverse transfusion reaction in patients, to explore the effective measures to reduce the adverse reactions of transfusion, and to guide clinical rational use of blood. Methods:43 patients with blood transfusion adverse reaction during the period from January 2015 to December 2016 through the online reporting system of blood transfusion adverse reactions of blood transfusion therapy in our hospital as the research object, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results:From January 2015 to December 2016, the incidence of adverse reactions in our hospital was 0.5%, and the adverse reactions were mainly based on the allergic reaction. The incidence rate of platelet transfusion was higher than other blood components, there were more cases of adverse reactions in patients with pregnancy history, history of blood transfusion and older age. Conclusion:There is a risk of blood transfusion, should pay attention to the history of pregnancy, the history of blood transfusion, older patients with blood transfusion reaction.Key words: blood transfusion; adverse reactions; blood components, prevention
