摘要：目的 探讨L型胫骨远端前外侧锁定接骨板治疗Pilon骨折患者临床效果。方法 选取我院2015年2月～2016年2月收治的50例Pilon骨折患者为研究对象，随机将患者分为观察组和对照组，两组各25例，对照组采用胫骨远端解剖钢板法进行治疗，观察组采用L型胫骨远端前外侧锁定接骨板进行治疗。对两组患者的骨折愈合时间、骨折复位情况和术后并发症进行比较。结果 观察组在术后骨折恢复情况、术后并发症等方面均优于对照组，差异显著具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 L型胫骨远端前外侧锁定接骨板是治疗Pilon骨折，治疗效果较好，并发症少，值得在临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the L type distal tibial locking plate in the treatment of Pilon fractures in patients with clinical results.Methods 50 cases of Pilon in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016，fracture patients in our hospital as the research object，the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group，two groups of 25 cases，control group with distal tibial anatomical plate method the treatment，the observation group was treated with L type distal tibial locking plate for treatment.The time of the two groups of patients with fracture healing，fracture reduction and postoperative complications were compared.Results In the observation group，postoperative fracture recovery， postoperative complications were better than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion L type distal tibial locking plate treatment of Pilon fracture， the treatment effect is better，fewer complications，worthy of clinical application.

Pilon骨折表示胫骨远端关节粉碎性骨折，涉及关节面和骨干骺端，主要是由垂直暴力引起。随着社会的发展，车祸等造成Pilon骨折的机率不断增加，影响了患者的生活。本次主要探索L型胫骨远端前外侧锁定接骨板治疗Pilon骨折的临床效果，取得了理想的治疗效果，现报告如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料 选取我院2015年2月～2016年2月治疗Pilon骨折的50例患者为研究对象，根据骨折分型，3型21例，2型29例。

观察组中男性16例，女性9例；年龄在31到64歲，平均（45.3±2.17）岁，2型17例，3型8例；对照组中男性10例，女性15例；年龄在32到63岁，平均（45.7±3.11）岁2型15例，3型10例；两组患者在年龄、性别、骨折类型等一般治疗对比上无明显差异，具有统计学意义（P>0.05）。

1.2方法 所有患者均在受伤后肿胀消退，皮肤出现皱褶时进行手术治疗。观察组采用L型胫骨远端前外侧锁定接骨板进行治疗，对照组采用胫骨远端解剖钢板法进行治疗。……
