摘要： 主题班会是对高校大学生进行德育的重要手段，也是开展班级工作、对大学生进行教育的中介和桥梁，在对当代大学生在人生观和价值观的引导方面有重要的作用，直接关系着辅导员或班主任对学生工作的成功与否。随着时代的发展，主题班会的主体地位有所缺失，其本身应该起的教育作用消失殆尽。本文总结了目前大学主题班会所面临的几个问题，针对目前存在的问题，提出了需要重点改进和优化的几个方面，对主题班会的回归有一定的促进作用。

Abstract： The theme class meeting is an important means of moral education for college students， and also the intermediary and bridge for carrying out the work of the class and the education for students. It plays an important role in guiding the outlook on life and values of contemporary college students. It is directly related to the student work of counselors or teachers. With the development of the times， the subject status of the theme class meeting is lack and the education role it should play has disappeared. This paper summarizes the current problems faced by the theme class meeting in universities. Aimed at the existing problems， several aspects should be improved and optimized are put forward which promotes the return of the theme class meeting.

0 引言

随着时代的发展，承担高等教育重要功能的大学主题班会应该在大学生理想信念教育、职业发展指导和积极的心理状态培育等发面发挥重要作用。国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要指出，坚持一人为本，全面实施素质教育是教育改革发展的战略主题，加强民主法治教育，增强遵纪守法观念。加强人文素质和科学精神教育，加强集体主义和团结合作精神教育，促进大学生思想道德素质、科学文化素质和健康素质协调发展引导大学生勤于学习，善于创造，甘于奉献，成为有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的社会主义新人作为高校人才培养的主要任务。[1]
