摘要： 职业核心能力是人们在职业生涯中，从事各种职业，适应各种岗位变换，所应具备的除岗位专业能力之外的基本能力，它将促进人生的职业生涯可持续发展。随着中国与世界经济的不断融合发展，外语成为对外交流的重要语言载体和工具，语言工具可以转化为能力，这就需要在外语教学中融入职业核心能力的培养，提高学生外语应用能力同时培养学生的职业核心能力。

Abstract： The core ability of occupation refers to the basic ability the people should have in addition to their professional ability in the occupation career when they are engaged in a variety of occupation and have to adapt to a variety of post transformation， and it will promote the sustainable development of occupation career life. With the continuous integration and development of China's and the world's economy， foreign language has become an important carrier and tool of foreign exchange. Language can be transformed into ability， which requires that the professional core competence should be applied in foreign language teaching， so as to improve the students' communicative ability and also cultivate the core competence of the students' occupation.

0 引言

近年来，随着经济全球化的趋势日益加强，中国社会经济的产业结构发生了改变，社会的职业需求也变得多样化，高等教育对人才培养的目标也随之发生变化。高职院校以培养高素质的应用技能型人才为培养目标，不仅要培养学生掌握专业知识和技术，而且要培养适应岗位群所需要的“职业核心能力”的高素质技能型人才，因此，职业核心能力培养对高职院校学生尤为重要。

1 职业核心能力的内涵

职业核心能力是人们在职业生涯中，从事各种职业，适应各种岗位变换，所应具备的除岗位专业能力之外的基本能力，它将促进人生的职业生涯可持续发展。职业核心能力是成功就业和可持续发展的“关键能力”，是当今世界发达国家、地区职业教育和人力资源开发的热点。根据我国劳动和社会保障部对职业核心能力的试行制定标准，将职业核心能力划分为八大类，并称为“八项核心能力”，包括：与人交流、数字应用、信息处理、与人合作、解决问题、自我学习、创新革新、外语应用等能力。……
