[摘要]目的 探讨坤泰胶囊联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果。方法 将2015年1月～2016年1月在我院治疗的68例多囊卵巢综合征患者按照随机数字表法分为甲组、乙组，每组患者34例。甲组给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗，乙组给予坤泰胶囊联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 治疗前，两组患者性激素水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后乙组性激素水平显著优于甲组（P<0.05）。甲组子宫内膜厚度和行经天数分别为（9.62±0.75）mm、（3.68±0.74）d，乙组分别为（12.35±0.38）mm、（6.87±0.46）d，乙组两项指标均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 坤泰胶囊联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征可有效改善患者临床症状，可在临床中推广应用。

[Abstract]Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kuntai Capsule combined with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 68 cases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into group A and group B，34 cases of patients in each group.Group A was given Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets treatment，group B was given Kuntai Capsule combined with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets treatment.The therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results Before the treatment，there was no significant difference between patients with sex hormone levels in the two groups，after the treatment，the sex hormone level in group B was significantly better than that in group A （P<0.05）.The endometrial thickness and the number of days was respectively （9.62±0.75） mm，（3.68±0.74） d in group A，and （12.35±0.38） mm，（6.87±0.46） d in group B，the two indicators in group B were better than those of the group A，with statistical difference （P<0.05）.Conclusion Kuntai Capsule combined with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients，can be used in clinical application.

多囊卵巢综合征是育龄妇女最常见的内分泌紊乱疾病，易导致患者不孕。多囊卵巢综合征的主要特征是长期无排卵和高雄激素血症，患者主要临床表现为不孕、月经稀发、高雄激素等[1]。多囊卵巢综合征的病因较为复杂，选择治疗方法要遵循对症治疗的原则。多囊卵巢综合征的治疗主要以降低雄激素水平、倡导健康生活、恢复正常月经周期为主[2]。临床中治疗多囊卵巢综合征多采取药物进行治疗，不同的药物治疗效果也有所差别。本次研究选用的治疗药物是坤泰胶囊和炔雌醇环丙孕酮片，坤泰胶囊是纯中药制剂，炔雌醇环丙孕酮片则为治疗多囊卵巢综合征的首选药物[3]。本次研究旨在探讨坤泰胶囊联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果。
