摘 要 目的：探讨社区康复护理对促进脑卒中患者功能康复的作用。方法：选取本社区2014年1月—2015年12月期间建档管理的脑卒中74例患者，分为干预组和对照组，每组37例，由社区护士对干预组按心理干预-康复护理-康复训练的方案实施管理，对照组进行常规随访，6个月后，对两组患者进行运动功能、生活能力、功能独立性评分比较。结果：基线调查显示两组患者的三项指标评分差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），干预6个月后，干预组三项指标评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：对脑卒中患者实施社区康复护理，有助于恢复患者运动功能，提高生活能力和生活质量。

Analysis of the effect of community rehabilitation nursing on functional recovery of the patients with stroke

ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the effect of community rehabilitation nursing on functional rehabilitation of the patients with stroke. Methods： A total of 74 stroke patients in the filing management of this community were selected from Jan 2014 to Dec 2015 and divided into an intervention group and a control group with 37 cases each. The community nurses implemented the management for the intervention group according to the psychological intervention-rehabilitation nursingrehabilitation training program， and the control group was given the routine follow-up. The scores of motor function， life ability and functional independence were compared between the two groups after six months. Results： The baseline survey showed there were no statistical differences in the scores of the three indicators between the two groups（P>0.05）， but the scores of three indicators in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group after six months of intervention（P<0.05）. Conclusion： The implementation of community rehabilitation nursing for the patients with stroke is helpful to restore the motor function and improve their life ability and quality.

社区康复护理是在患者康复过程中，围绕康复计划和目标，进行心理、生理、社会等方面的康复指导，坚持康复训练，达到最大限度的康复，是社区护理的补充和延伸，对患者预后及提高生存质量至关重要[1-2]。由于脑卒中有高发病率和高致残率，已成为危害健康和生活质量的主要疾病[3]，在目前康复资源有限以及综合医院病床紧张的情况下，社区康复愈显重要。针对本社区脑卒中患者实施心理干预-运动护理-康复训练的社区康复护理干预，达到预期效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 研究对象

选取本社区2014年1月—2015年12月期间建档管理的脑卒中74例，其中脑出血21例，脑梗死53例；男51例，女23例；年龄48～75岁（54.2±4.3）。将其中37例在随访过程中有参与“社区一级”康复治疗意愿者列为干预组，37例接受常规随访者为对照组，两组一般情况比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。
