摘 要：过渡型社区在城乡一体化进程中扮演着重要角色，同时对于动迁居民的安居乐业和所在城市经济的快速发展有着重要的意义，但不可否认的是，过渡型社区在空间规划方面存在诸多问题。故而立足于苏州市工业园区较为典型的三个过渡型社区，从社区整体空间、物理空间、服务设施、生活习惯以及邻里空间五个方面出发，建立科学评价体系加以研究，并针对性提出相应对策。

Abstract：Transitional community， with its unique characteristics compared with the city community and rural village， has played an important role in the process of urban-rural integration .At the same time ，it is very important for inhabitants live and work， also the the rapid development of city economy .However， it is undeniable that there exist a lot of problems in space planning of the transitional community. This article is based on three typical transitional communities in Suzhou Industrial Park， research them from five aspects， including the whole of the community space， physical space， service， facilities， life habits and neighborhood space， then put forward corresponding countermeasures.

随着我国城乡一体化进程的加快，建设用地需求的增加，城郊农村土地的征用数量加大的同时也出现了由政府投资建设解决失地农民居住问题的聚居社区即过渡型社区。过渡型社区意味着该类社区的过渡性特征，是中国特色城镇化进程中的特定社区演进形态，既包含着城市社区空间形态的特点，又延续着一定的农村社会属性。[1]作为我国城市化背景下产生的特殊类型社区，其产生不但有其内在的必然性和合理性，而且对社会经济的发展起到重要作用。但是由于城乡二元体制的对立和缺乏应有的关注，过渡型社区存在的问题也逐渐凸现出来，主要表现为社区整体空间规划不够科学合理，服务设施分类配置不完善，物理空间以及邻里空间设计不合理，社区功能和居民的生活方式，风俗习惯不相适应等。与此……
