摘 要：目前，物流行业从业人员素质相对偏低已经成为了不可回避的现实，严重制约了行业的健康发展。从高校物流专业学生入手，在加强专业技能教育的同时注重思想道德教育是提升物流行业从业人员素质的有效途径，而微博、微信等社交工具能够成为高校开展德育教育的有效渠道。文章通过研究微博、微信等社交工具对大学生思想道德教育的积极作用和消极影响，提出了通过上述工具有效提升大学生思想道德教育水平的新途径，为高校开展相关工作提供了思路。

Abstract： Now， logistics industry practitioners have become the inevitable reality， seriously restrict the healthy development of the industry， from the perspective of the logistics professional students in colleges and universities， to strengthen professional skills of education at the same time pay attention to the ideological and moral education is an effective means to improve the quality of the logistics industry professionals， and social tools such as weibo， WeChat can become effective way of colleges and universities to carry out moral education. This article through studies microblogging， WeChat social tools such as the positive role of the college students' ideological and moral education and negative effect， put forward by these tools effectively enhance the level of college students' ideological and moral education of the new way， provides a train of thought for colleges and universities to carry out the relevant work.

目前，物流行业从业人员素质相对偏低已经成为了不可回避的现实，严重制约了行业的健康发展。要想改变这一现状就必须从人才培养源头着手，加强相关人员的思想道德教育力度，全力培养道德水平和专业技术均衡发展的物流人才。而对于培育高等物流人才的本科院校而言，思想道德教育工作更应成为关注焦点。在当今信息高速发展的社会，人们的信息获取渠道已经发生了巨大改变，微博、微信等具有传播速度快、互动性好等特点的社交工具已成为人们获取信息和人际交流的主要渠道，尤其是大学生更是充分体现了“微时代”网络社交群体的基本特征，因此充分利用微博、微信等社交工具开展物流专业学生的思想道德教育将会事半功倍。
