摘要：根据大学生创新创业项目风险评判问题，建立了大学生创新创业项目风险评判的指标体系，运用模糊数学理论中的层次分析法，运用yaahp10.2软件进行模型构建以及数据的统计分析，确定各指标的优先次序，为大学生创业者提供一种较为科学、客观的指标评判以及参考方法。

Abstract： According to the risk evaluation problem of college students' innovative undertaking project， the index system of college students' innovative undertaking project risk evaluation is established. The analytic hierarchy process of the fuzzy mathematics and the modeling and statistical analysis of the data of yaahp10.2 software are used to determine the priorities of each index. It provides a more scientific and objective reference of the index evaluation method for college students entrepreneurs.

0 引言

创业是当下21世纪的流行词汇，尤其对于大学生而言更是热门选择。创业严格考察一个团队的总体实力，以及创业者们的个人综合能力。创业项目受多方面风险因子的影响如：项目选择、人脉网络、意志薄弱、知识单一等。风险因子，直接影响创业项目的成败，因此，创新创业项目风险指标体系十分重要。本文运用模糊数学法中的层次分析法，对大学生创新创业项目的各项风险指标进行综合性的分析与评判，为大学生创业者们规避风险提供数理依据。

1 层次分析法的介绍及原理

1.1 AHP介绍 层次分析法（Analytical Hierarchy Process，AHP）是由运筹学家A.L.Satty提出的一种将量化困难的、复杂的定性问题，在严格的数学运算基础上定量化，并对人们所作的判断的一致性程度进行科学检验的实用决策方法。其基本原理是：将一个复杂问题看成一个系统，根据系统内部因素之间的隶属关系，将一个复杂问题的各种要素转化为有条理的有序层次，并以同一层次的各种要素按照上一层要素为准则，构造判断矩阵，进行两两判断比较，计算出各要素的权重。……
