摘 要 高校青年教师的政治文化等素质总体较高，事业心强，在市场经济大环境下起到培养人才、传播知识和正确价值观的核心作用。但在国内外形势深受国外社会价值观念的影响下，少数教师出现了一定程度的思想波动，存在着自我价值迷失、客观压力过大、对未来缺少信心这些严重的问题。所以，某种程度上解决这些问题是提升高校青年教师队伍思想工作的有针对性和实效性的重要手段。

Ideological and Political Work in Modern Perspective

Abstract Young College teachers' political culture generally high quality， ambition， in a market economy environment play a training， the central role of knowledge and dissemination of positive values， but the situation at home and abroad deeply influenced by social values under foreign ， there has been a small number of teachers thought certain degree of volatility， there is a lost self-worth， objective stress， lack of confidence in the future of these serious problems， so， to some extent， to solve these problems is to enhance the ideological work of young college teachers are relevance and effectiveness of the important means.

高等教育是我國科教兴国的基本国策，它担负着培养各种专业性人才、提高人们文化素养及知识水平的重要责任。高校教师则是进行这项工作的重要力量和关键部分，发挥着至关重要的作用。组建一支忠诚于教育事业，具有良好的政治业务素质、结构合理、相对稳定的青年教师队伍是我国高等教育深化改革和加快发展的根本大计，也是高等学校一项非常紧迫的战略任务。为此，我国相关部门联合下发一系列有关文件如，《关于加强和改进高校青年教师思想政治工作的若干意见》（教党2013112号），在这些文件中重点指出要“增强青年教师思想政治素质，推动青年教师科学发展，树立广大高校青年教师为实现中国梦而奋斗的精神追求”。

1 青年教师思想政治工现状和存在的不足

在我国高校青年教师队伍里，整体上讲，其思想水准是比较乐观的，他们具有坚定不移的政治立场、非常强的社会责任心和职业道德以及积极乐观的生活态度。……
