摘 要 随着社会经济的快速发展，市场对劳动力需求不断加大，高职院校作为培养专门技能人才的重要作用日益显现，其就业率逐年上升。但是，面对新的就业环境和形势，有部分毕业生存在就业困难的问题。本文以我院2015届未就业毕业生为研究对象，通过就业调查问卷和访谈的形式，深入剖析就业困难毕业生的典型问题，结合当前高职院校就业困境的实际情况，提出促进高职院校就业困难毕业生就业的对策。

Research on Typical Difficult Problem of Employment of Graduates

of Higher Vocational Colleges and Countermeasures

——Take Wuhan Institute of Shipbuilding Technology as an example

Abstract With the rapid development of social economy， the market demand for labor is increasing continuously， the higher vocational colleges as an important role in cultivating the specialized talents have become more and more obvious， the employment rate increased year by year. However， facing the new environment and employment situation， some graduates employment problems. The to our hospital 2015 session of the employment of graduates as the research object， through employment questionnaires and interviews， in-depth analysis of the typical problem of graduates employment difficulties， combined with the actual situation of the difficulties in the employment of the higher vocational and technical colleges， put forward measures to promote the employment of vocational college graduates employment difficulties.

近年來，随着社会市场经济制度改革的不断深入，就业市场对技能型人才需求日益加大，部分高职院校的毕业生甚至出现“供不应求”的现象。据统计，高职高专院校初次就业率最高为78.1%，高于“211”（包括“985”）重点大学的75.5%。从学历层次来看，专科生的初次就业率为79.7%，比本科生的67.4%高出12.3%（摘自：《2014年教育蓝皮书》）。然而，在高职院校高就业率的数据背后，仍然有部分高职院校的毕业生存在就业困难问题。本文将武汉船舶职业技术学院未就业毕业生为样本，以问卷调查结果为基本数据进行分析，结合当前高职院校就业工作存在的问题，归纳出高职院校就业困难毕业生的典型问题，提出对高职院校就业困难毕业生的对策。

1 问题的提出与关键词的界定

当前，高职院校毕业生对象有很大的改变，90后成为就业主力军。在面对就业工作选择时，很多人感觉无所适从、犹豫不决，出现了部分就业困难或者不想就业的情况，成为困扰就业工作的顽疾。……
