摘要：随着我国高等教育“本科教学工程”的全面展开，深化教育教学改革、加大教学投入、全面提高高等教育质量势在必行。在本文中，我们运用现代信息技术的思想，提出了一种基于“面向对象”的导教与治学模式， 旨在从高等教育的教育思想、教学方式、学习机制和实现途径等方面有所突破，推行以教学项目建设为主线的教学工作，全面提高高等教育的教学工作质量。

Abstract： As the comprehensive development of undergraduate educational project of Chineses Higher Education， it is necessary to deeply reform teaching process， heavily increase education expenses， and comprehensively raise the quality of the higher education. In this paper， we introduced a thought of object oriented teaching and scholarship using modern information techniques， in order to provide a possibility to change the traditional mind and pattern of higher education and improve the study mechanism and practical way. We hope to carry out a teaching process mainly based on building up the teaching projects so as to comprehensively enhance the teaching quality of the higher education.

0 引言

2011年，教育部、财政部出台了《关于“十二五”期间实施“高等学校本科教学质量与教学改革工程”的意见》。该意见指出：我国高等教育应实施“本科教学工程”，深化教育教学改革，加大教学投入，全面提高高等教育质量。它指明提高高等教育质量就是要强化教学工作这一关键环节，正确引导教学工作改革方向，推行人才培养质量评价的国际标准，为社会经济发展培养应用型、复合型、创新型和研究型人才。这是我国实施“本科教学工程”的工作重点，也是高等教育教学改革的方向。在此，我们根据教学工作实践经验，结合现代信息技术的思想，提出了一种基于“面向对象”的导教与治学模式。该模式以推行教学项目建设为工作主线，旨在从高等教育的教育思想、教学方式、学习机制和实现途径等方面有所突破，全面提高高等教育的教学工作质量。
