摘要： 通过对宁波市务工人员的生活基本现状进行调查，找出影响城市务工人员生活幸福度的原因，并提出相应的解决方案。将在宁波市五个区进行随机分层抽样调查，深入了解宁波市务工人员的生活基本现状及其影响务工人员生活幸福度的原因和存在的问题。在调查的基础上，对调查现状进行解剖，从居住状况、工作及收入情况、社会保障情况、精神生活状况、自然环境、人际交往这六个不同角度全面分析影响务工人员生活幸福度的原因。在现有立法的基础上，寻求提高务工人员生活幸福度的解决方法。完善务工人员公共服务与管理体系，推进社会又好又快发展。

Abstract： Through investigation to the basic living situation of migrant workers in Ningbo， this paper finds out the reason affecting urban migrant workers life happiness， and proposes the corresponding solution . We will carry out randomly stratified sampling investigation in five boroughs of Ningbo and have a thorough understanding of migrant workers basic life present situation in Ningbo and the causes influencing the migrant workers life happiness and problems. On the basis of the investigation， the reasons affecting the migrant workers life happiness are analyzed from living situation， job and income， social security situation， the condition of spiritual life， natural environment and interpersonal communication. On the basis of the existing legislation， the solutions to improve migrant workers life happiness are explored. We will improve the migrant workers public service and management system， and promote sound and rapid social development.

1 总体介绍

改革开放以来随着我国经济的发展和人口迁移政策的松动，全国范围内离开户籍所在地的人口流动现象日益增多，大量的农村剩余劳动力涌入沿海发达地区。在我国城市化进程和社会经济的推动与发展下，大量的农村农民工已经逐步成为我国社会生产的主力军。21世纪的社会主义市场经济是以市场经济和私营工商业为主，这就导致了大量的农村人员流入到城市[2]。

本课题以宁波市务工人员为出发点，让其作为调查的总体。样本的选取采取分层抽样调查的方法，根据样本分配采集数据。首先对调查得到原始数据，利用SPSS进行可靠性分析，建立生活幸福度量表；接下来构建衡量生活幸福度的模型；……
