摘 要：随着大数据时代的来临，海量科学数据的爆发使得图书馆科学数据服务面临诸多挑战，而“互联网+”的提出为图书馆科学数据服务的发展提供了思路。在“互联网+”视角下，科学数据开发服务、科学数据语义检索服务、科学数据存储服务、科学数据分析服务、科学数据参考咨询服务、科学数据开放存取平台服务以及个性化科学数据服务将成为图书馆科学数据服务的发展趋势。在开展这些数据服务时，需注意个人隐私保障和数据安全、数据版权问题。

Research on Library Scientific Data Service under the Perspective of “Internet+”

Abstract With the approaching of the big data era， the outbreak of massive scientific data makes library scientific data service faces many challenges， but “Internet+” provides a guideline for the development of library science data service. The features of“Internet+”and library integration are analyzed at first， then the status of library science data services development is summarized， and finally these features are used to research into the library science data service under the perspective of“Internet+”. The new directions of the library science data service under the perspective of "Internet+" are proposed and some issues are emphasized which need to be solved.

科学研究正在向数据密集型科研转变，科学数据在科学研究中的地位与日俱增。图书馆作为传统文献信息的聚集中心和服务机构，提出了科学数据服务的概念，即图书馆提供给研究者的科学数据相关服务。现有的图书馆科学数据服务在数据资源、硬件基础设施、数据互操作性、数据长期保存、服务受众和服务协同性等方面存在很多难题。“互联网+”是李克强总理多次强调，由国务院认定的国家发展新战略，其核心理念是跨界融合，万物相连。“互联网+”的提出给图书馆科学数据服务所面临的难题提供了新的解决思路，对图书馆科学数据服务发展具有重要意义，本文将从“互联网+”与图书馆的融合特征入手，探讨“互联网+”视角下的图书馆科学数据服务新发展。
