全面护理管理应用于血站献血服务中的效果分析

目的旨在对全面护理管理应用于血站献血服务中的效果进行研究与分析。方法以2012年7月—2014年7月来本血站献血的2000例样本为实验组研究对象，所有对象采用全面护理管理的方法；以2010年6月—2012年6月来本血站献血的1700例样本为观察组研究对象，所有对象均采用传统的方法。观察两组不同方法对血站献血服务的作用，对比两种方法实施后的相关指标差异。结果经对比后发现，相比于观察组研究对象而言，实验组在报废率、抽血后不良反应方面均明显偏低，P＜0.05；且实验组资源利用率、满意程度上明显优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论在血站献血服务中，采用全面护理管理的方法，能够减少抽血后不良反应，降低报废率，充分合理地利用血液资源，值得临床推广。

［Abstract］Objective To research and analyze the effect of the application of overall nursing management in the blood donation service in the blood station.Methods 2000 cases of samples in the blood station from July 2012 to July 2014 were selected as the experimental group，and the group adopted the overall nursing management method，1700 cases of samples donated in the blood station from June 2010 to June 2012 were selected as the observation group，the group adopted the traditional method，and the effects of different methods on blood donation services in the blood station were observed，and the differences in the relevant indicators of the two groups after implementation were compared.Results The comparison showed that the rejection rate and adverse reaction after drawing blood in the experimental group were obviously lower than those in the observation group，P＜0.05，and the utilization rate of resources and satisfactory degree in the experimental group were obviously better than those in the control group，P＜0.05.Conclusion In the blood donation service in the blood station，adopting the overall nursing management method can reduce the adverse reaction after drawing blood，reduce the rejection rate and fully and rationally use the blood resources，which is worth clinical promotion.

血站是采集、提供临床用血的机构，是不以营利为目的的公益性组织，作为一个特殊的医疗机构，在临床输血抢救病人的过程中起着重要的作用，而采血过程的控制是保证血液质量的关键［1］。为了确保血站供血量充足，促进血液质量提升，需要科学有效地对采血过程进行控制和管理。对血站献血服务采取全面护理管理方法，并加以认真、全面的落实，有利于减少献血不良反应，提升献血者满意度，保留献血者，降低血液报废率，以提高血液质量，充分利用血液资源，以营造良好的献血环境，保证血站工作人员、献血者、受血者的生命健康。……
