风险管理在妇产科护理管理中的应用研究

目的分析和探究在妇产科护理管理中应用风险管理的方法和效果。方法选择了2015年3月—2016年3月在该院接受治疗的140例妇产科患者作为研究对象，将其随机分成对照组和实验组，对照组患者给予常规护理，而实验组患者给予了风险管理，然后借助问卷调查的方式对两组患者对护理人员的护理表现和满意度进行统计。结果实验组患者对护理人员的工作态度、管理能力、风险防范意识、健康宣教和满意度均高于对照组，他们之间的数据差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），而两组患者对护理人员工作能力评价差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论将风险管理应用到妇产科护理管理之中，不仅可以降低各类护理风险的发生，而且还能提高护理人员的工作能力和患者对护理人员的满意度。

［Abstract］Objective To analyze and study the method and effect of the application of risk management in the nursing management in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics.Methods 140 cases of patients in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups，the control group adopted routine nursing，while the experimental group adopted risk management，and then the nursing performance and satisfactory degree of the two groups were counted by questionnaires.Results The work attitude towards nursing staff，management ability，risk prevention awareness，health education and satisfactory degree in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group，and the difference between groups had statistical significance，P＜0.05，but the difference in the evaluation of work ability of staff between the two groups was not obvious without statistical significance，P＞0.05.Conclusion The application of risk management in the nursing management in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics can not only reduce the occurrence of various nursing risks but also improve the work ability of nursing staff and patient's satisfactory degree to nursing staff.

护理工作是一项非常复杂的体系，稍有不慎将会给患者的治疗及康复造成一定的影响，从而诱发医疗纠纷，因此加强护理服务中的风险护理对于患者的治疗尤为重要［1］。该文对风险管理在妇产科护理管理中的护理方法和护理效果给予介绍，现报道如下。
