心理护理在孕产妇社区健康管理重要性的因素分析

目的分析社区健康管理中孕产妇心理健康及其影响因素，以便开展针对性的心理护理干预。 方法随机抽取该社区卫生服务中心2012—2015年管理的180例孕产妇为研究对象，采用SCL-90、SDS和SAS评定其心理健康状况。结果在180例社区健康管理的孕产妇中，有123人存在心理问题但程度各不相同，发生率为68.33%；主要表现为躯体化不适症状、人际关系障碍、强迫、焦虑、抑郁和恐惧感等。影响心理健康因素的心理异常发生率之间的差异有统计学意义（χ2=17.40，P＜0.01），两两比较表明妊娠期异常、既往有不良孕产史和初产为主要影响因素，较差的经济条件也是一个影响因素。结论根据社区管理孕产妇心理健康状况，制定有针对性的心理护理干预措施，孕产妇心情舒畅，保持良好的心理状态，提高心理健康水平，促进母婴健康。

［Abstract］Objective To analyze the influence factors of mental health of pregnant women in community health management in order to provide convenience for carrying out targeted mental nursing intervention.Methods 180 cases of pregnant women managed in our community health service center from 2012 to 2015 were randomly extracted for research objects，and their mental health conditions were evaluated by SCL-90，SDS and SAS.Results In the 180 cases of pregnant women in community health management，mental problems occurred to 123 cases but the degrees were different，and the incidence rate was 68.33%，and the main manifestations were somatic indisposition，interpersonal relation disturbance，obsession，anxiety，depression and fear，and the difference in the incidence rate of mental abnormality had high statistical significance，（χ2=17.40，P＜0.01），and the pairwise comparison showed that abnormality during pregnancy，negative reproductive history and primiparity were main influence factors，and the worse economic condition was also an influence factor.Conclusion Making targeted mental nursing intervention measures according to the mental health condition of pregnant women in community management can make them relax and keep a good mental state，improve their mental health levels and promote maternal and infant health.
