医护患协同合作模式在护理管理中的作用

随着时代的发展，人们对于护理管理模式的发展提出了更多的要求。该文简要分析了当前医疗护理模式的应用现状，并在此基础上提出了应用医护患协同合作模式的必要性，同时根据调查方式来论证了该新型护理模式的优势，基于此，着重分析了医护患协同合作模式在护理管理中的作用，以期能促进护理管理向更加高效的方向发展。

［Abstract］With the development of times，the requirement of people for the development of nursing management mode is higher and higher，the paper analyzes the application status of medical nursing mode at present，puts forwards the necessity of application of doctor nurse and patient coworking learning mode on this basis，proves the advantages of the new nursing mode according to the survey method at the same time，and especially analyzes the effect of doctor nurse and patient coworking learning mode in the nursing management based on the above thus hoping the nursing management can develop towards the more effective direction.

随着社会经济的不断发展，医学技术的不断进步，民众对于健康的需求也愈加多样化，这也决定了护理管理需要向更加高效、安全、便捷和实惠的方向发展。传统的护理方式未能将患者纳入护理体系之中，应用医护患协同合作模式要求医生、护士和患者这三个主体以协作方式参与进护理工作，从而提高护理管理工作的效率，促进医患关系向积极的方向发展。

1　当前医疗护理模式的现状

近年来因为医患矛盾而导致的医患纠纷事件层出不穷，医患关系愈来愈紧张。针对当前医疗关系的现状，近日在杭州还举行了关于医疗损害或医疗纠纷如何进行司法鉴定的研讨会。究其原因，这包括传统医疗护理模式导致医生与患者之间存在沟通不到位的问题；医疗资源结构存在社会性供需矛盾问题；……
