伽玛刀治疗脑瘤的安全性研究

目的对伽玛刀治疗脑瘤的安全性进行研究。方法选取自2013年3月—2015年1月以来该院收治的行伽玛刀治疗脑瘤患者42例作为研究组和非伽玛刀治疗脑瘤患者26例作为对照组，对两组患者的不良反应及并发症发生率、致残率、生活质量、生存时间等进行比较。结果对照组19例患者进行了手术治疗，其中有3例致残，致残率为15.79%，研究组42例患者中有1例致残，致残率为2.38%，两组患者致残率结果比较，差异有统计学意义（χ2=6.061，P=0.014＜0.05）。结论伽玛刀治疗脑瘤不良反应及并发症发生率、致残率低，患者生存率高，是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

［Abstract］Objective To research the safety of gamma knife in treatment of brain tumor.Methods 42 cases of patients with brain tumor with gamma knife treatment in our hospital from March 2013 to January 2015 were selected as the research group，and 26 cases of patients with brain tumor without gamma knife treatment were selected as the control group，and the adverse reaction，incidence rate of complications，disability rate，quality of life and survival time of the two groups were compared.Results The control group of 19 patients were treated by operation，of which 3 cases of disability，disability rate was 15.79%，the group of 42 patients with disability in 1 cases，disability rate was 2.38%，two groups of patients disability rates were compared by statistical analysis chi square.The difference is significant（χ2=6.061，P=0.014＜0.05）.Conclusion The adverse reaction，incidence rate of complications and disability rate of gamma knife in treatment of brain tumor are lower，and the survival rate of patients is higher，which is a safe and effective treatment method.

伽玛刀全称为“伽玛射线立体定向放射外科治疗系统”，是融合立体定向技术定向、现代医学影像和电子计算机、神经外科、放射医学等技术于一体的放射外科大型医疗设备［1-5］。其治疗的原理是聚焦数十上百个60co（钴60）源放射出的伽玛射线，然后用该伽玛射线照射病灶组织，从而一次性、致死性损伤靶区病灶组织。脑瘤即颅内肿瘤，是常见的神经外科疾病，外科手术是治疗脑瘤的最经典方法，但有些脑瘤部位特殊不能进行手术治疗，可用伽玛刀进行替代辅助性治疗。该研究对伽玛刀治疗脑瘤安全性进行研究，现报道如下。
