护理干预对CT增强扫描中造影剂不良反应的影响

目的探讨护理干预对减少CT增强扫描中造影剂不良反应的影响。方法选取该院收治的650例CT增强扫描患者，随机分成干预组和对照组，干预组采用护理干预，对照组不采用护理干预，比较二组患者发生造影剂不良反应情况。结果两组发生不良反应的共141例，均为轻度不良反应，经休息或积极护理干预后，患者不适症状均于短时间内消除，650例患者无中重度不良反应，干预组发生率低，且反应程度轻，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论护理干预可以有效减少患者对造影剂不良反应的发生率，减轻不良反应程度，同时可以有效提高不良反应的应对措施，提高患者扫描质量和诊断情况。

［Abstract］Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on reducing the adverse reactions of contrast medium in the CT enhancement scanning.Methods 650 cases of patients with CT enhancement scanning admitted and treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups，the intervention group adopted nursing intervention，the control group did not adopt the nursing intervention，and the adverse reactions of contrast medium of the two groups were compared.Results Adverse reaction occurred to 141 cases in the two groups，and all were mild adverse reactions，after rest and positive nursing intervention，the discomfort symptom of patients disappeared in a short time，and there was no severe adverse reactions in the 650 cases of patients，and in the intervention group，the incidence rate was lower and the reaction degree was mild，compared with those in the control group，the differences were obvious with statistical significance，P＜0.05.Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions of contrast medium，relieve the adverse reaction degree，at the same time，effectively improve the countermeasures of adverse reactions and improve the scanning quality and diagnosis situation of patients.

近年来，随着影像医学的日益进展，CT增强检查也越来越广泛，但进行CT增强扫描需静脉注射碘造影剂，不良反应发生率也相应增多，严重者危及患者的生命，应该给以高度重视。CT造影增强扫描系静脉内注射一定剂量的含碘水溶性造影剂，血管丰富的病变组织密度增高，血管少的病变组织密度相对低，两者之间形成密度差，从而提高病变显示率［1］。增强扫描的适应证：平扫发现病变可疑，分界不清，不能准确定性时，就要采用增强扫描。增强扫描的禁忌证：颅脑外伤，脑血管意外，严重肝肾功能不良以及碘过敏者禁用。……
