【摘 要】 随着高等院校教学改革的不断深入，传统的一般用途英语（EGP）教学方式已经不能适应现代英语教学的发展，必须融入新的教学方法和教学理念，提高英语教学质量。专门用途英语（ESP）英语教学方法能够极大的促进了学生英语适应能力的发展。本文主要从专门用途英语（ESP）视角分析高等院校英语教育教学的改革。

【Abstract】with the deepening of teaching reform of higher education， the general use of the traditional English teaching （taking） way already can not adapt to the development of modern English teaching， must be integrated into the new teaching methods and teaching ideas， improve the quality of English teaching. English teaching of English for special purposes （ESP） method can greatly promote the development of students' English ability to adapt. This article mainly from the perspective of special use English （ESP） of college English education teaching reform.

随着全球化和国际化经济的发展，英语在国际交往中的应用越来越重要，高等院校作为英语人才的培养场所必须承担起商业英语人才培养的责任，注重学生英语应用能力的提高[1]。在教学的过程中，利用一定的教学方式提高学生的实践性和应用性，更多的关注培养复合型人才。ESP教学方法的应用能够实现英语教学的改革发展，促进学生英语应能能力的提高。

一、大学英语教学改革的必要性

长期以来，高等院校英语一直采用的是EGP教学方式，但是在经济全球化发展下这种教学方式已经不能适应社会发展的需求，不利于学生英语适应能力的培养和提高。必须在此基础上进行教育模式改革才能使英语专业人才适应社会的发展。目前，EGP教学存在的主要弊端如下：

（一）不利于学生英语应用能力的提高

传统大学英语学习过程中，教师进行英语教学一般采用EGP教学方式，这种教学方式在前几年的英语教学中比较适应社会的发展需求，但是很多学生通过了大学英语4、6级考试后，英语听说读写能力仍然比较差[2]。……
