不同屈光状态弱视儿童治疗效果的临床探究

目的整理该院弱视患儿的临床治疗资料，探讨不同屈光状态弱视患儿的临床治疗效果。方法整群选取该院2010年1月至2011年12月收治的106例弱视患儿，将其随机分为实验组和对比组，每组53例患儿，两组患儿都采用遮盖法进行治疗，对比组患儿在此基础上加用屈光矫正和精细训练法进行治疗，实验组则在对比组的基础上加用弱视综合治疗仪进行治疗，比较两组患者的治疗有效率。结果实验组患儿的治疗有效率为98.11%（96.77%），对比组患儿的治疗有效率为84.90%（87.50%），两组患儿的治疗有效率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论弱视患儿的治疗效果，与患儿治疗前的病情程度有直接的关系，且通过弱视综合治疗仪进行治疗，能够有效提高患儿的弱视矫正效果，具有非常高的临床应用价值。

［Abstract］Objective To discuss the clinical treatment effect of amblyopia children in different refractive statuses by sorting out the clinical treatment data of the amblyopia children in our hospital.Methods 106 cases of amblyopia children admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2011 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 53 cases in each，both groups were treated with eye-covering method，the control group were treated with additional refract rectification and fine training method，the experimental group were treated with additional synthetic amblyopia treatment instrument on the basis of control group，and the treatment effective rates were compared between the two groups.Results The difference in the treatment effective rate between the experimental group and the control group was obvious with statistical significance，［98.11%（96.77%）vs 84.90%（87.50%）］，P＜0.05.Conclusion The treatment effect of amblyopia children is directly correlative with the disease degree，and the synthetic amblyopia treatment instrument can effectively improve the amblyopia rectification effect of children，which is of extremely high clinical application value.

弱视是临床上较为常见的儿童眼病之一，患儿患有弱视的几率是2%～4%之间［1-2］。一般都是通过筛查检查出来的，患儿在患有弱视后，如果不能得到及时的治疗，在患儿成年后则会发展成成人弱视，成人弱视的治疗不易［3-4］。因此对患儿的弱视尽早发现尽早治疗，是保证患儿病情治疗效果的关键。弱视儿童的临床症状表现为不同程度的屈光异常，可见患儿屈光异常与患所儿的弱视有直接的关联［5-6］。该研究对2010年1月—2011年12月所选106例患儿的临床治疗资料进行对比分析，探讨不同治疗方法对不同屈光状态的弱视患儿的临床治疗效果，现报道如下。……
