试析妊娠合并子宫肌瘤在剖宫产时肌瘤的处理方法

目的分析妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者在剖宫产时对肌瘤进行处理的方法。方法随机选取2012年12—2015年12月到该院分娩的妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者40例作为观察组，在剖宫产的同时应用子宫肌瘤挖除术进行治疗，选取同期到该院进行单纯剖宫产孕妇作为对照组，对两组临床疗效进行分析。结果手术后，两组手术指标不存在明显差异（P＞0.05），观察组患者满意度为97.5%，明显高于对照组的82.5%（P＜0.05）。 结论在剖宫产的同时对妊娠合并的子宫肌瘤进行剔除处理，具有可行性和安全性。

［Abstract］Objective To analyze the fibroid treatment method of patients with pregnancy combined with uterine fibroid in cesarean section.Methods 40 cases of patients with pregnancy combined with uterine fibroid giving birth in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2015 were selected as the observation group，and they were treated with myomectomy at the time of the application of caesarean section，the delivery women with simple cesarean section treated in our hospital at the same period were selected as the control group，and the clinical curative effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results After operation，there was no obvious difference in the operative index（P＞0.05），and the satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group，（97.5%vs 82.5%）（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Elimination treatment for patients with pregnancy combined with uterine fibroid at the time of the cesarean section is feasible and safe.

作为妇女常见的生殖系统良性肌瘤，子宫肌瘤在妊娠期出现的几率较高，是产科中产妇常见的危险因素之一［1-2］。近年来，人们生育观念发生了一定的变化，高龄产妇数量不断增加，随着围产期检查技术的不断发展进步，妊娠期合并子宫肌瘤的查出率不断上升，但是否要在剖宫产时对肌瘤进行剔除，临床上仍旧存在一定的争议，有临床研究发现，在剖宫产同时把肌瘤剔除具有可行性与安全性［3-4］。为了进一步对在剖宫产时是否要对妊娠合并子宫肌瘤进行剔除进行研究，该研究随机选取2012年11月—2015年12月该院到该院检查、分娩的妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者40例作为观察组，在剖宫产的同时应用子宫肌瘤挖除术进行治疗，选取同期到该院进行单纯剖宫产孕妇40例作为对照组，对两组手术中各项指标进行对比和分析，分析剖宫产同时剔除肌瘤的可行性，现报道如下。……
