肩峰下滑囊炎综合治疗63例疗效探讨

目的肩峰下滑囊炎患者治疗中采用综合治疗，探讨其临床应用疗效。方法随机选取2010年2月—2015年10月该院治疗的63例肩峰下滑囊炎患者作为对象，所选患者均给予电针、药物、电磁波照射以及刺络拔罐等综合治疗，观察患者临床治疗效果、治疗前后视觉模拟评分以及肩关节外展度。结果综合治疗痊愈率为68.25%，有效率为90.48%。治疗前后视觉模拟评分以及肩关节外展度差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论肩峰下滑囊炎的综合治疗疗效显著，值得推广。

［Abstract］Objective To discuss its clinical application curative effect of combined treatment for patients with subacromial bursitis.Methods 63 cases of patients with subacromial bursitis treated from February 2010 to October 2015 were selected as the object，and all the selected patients were given the combined treatment such as electropuncture，drug，electromagneticwave irradiation and pricking and cupping，and the clinical treatment effect，visual analogue scales before and after treatment and shoulder abduction degree of patients were observed.Results The cure rate and effective rate of the combined treatment were respectively 68.25%and 90.48%，the differences in the visual analogue scales and shoulder abduction degrees before and after treatment were obvious with statistical significance，P＜0.05.Conclusion The curative effect of combined treatment for subacromial bursitis is obvious，which is worth promotion.

肩峰下滑囊炎是由于肩峰下滑囊受到肩峰以及喙肩韧带等的反复摩擦挤压产生的损伤性炎症反应［1］。患者常表现为肩部的剧烈疼痛以及肩关节活动受限，严重影响日常工作以及生活。近年来随着中医中药的不断发展，其在肩峰下滑囊炎的治疗中取得显著的成效，有效地改善了肩峰下滑囊炎的治疗现状。该研究为了探讨综合治疗对肩峰下滑囊炎患者的临床治疗效果，现对2010年2月—2015年10月该院收治的63例患者进行电针、药物、电磁波照射以及刺络拔罐等中医综合治疗并统计分析临床疗效以及治疗后疼痛程度以及肩关节外展的改善情况，现报道如下。
