骨科损伤控制在不稳定骨盆骨折合并四肢多发骨折治疗中的应用价值分析

目的分析骨科损伤控制在不稳定骨盆骨折合并四肢多发骨折治疗中的应用价值。方法整群选取该院于2012年1月—2015年9月收治的58例不稳定骨盆骨折合并四肢多发骨折患者作为观察对象，随机分成两组。对照组29例采取常规治疗，实验组29例采取骨科损伤控制治疗，观察比较两组患者的疗效、并发症发生率以及生活质量评分。结果对照组患者的优良率（68.97%）显著低于实验组患者的优良率（86.21%）；两组患者治疗后并发症发生率以及生活质量评分的比较结果差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。 结论对不稳定骨盆骨折合并四肢多发骨折患者采取骨科损伤控制治疗，效果显著。

［Abstract］Objective To analyze the application value of damage-control orthopaedics in treatment of unstable pelvic fractures combined with limbs multiple fractures.Methods 58 cases of patients with unstable pelvic fractures combined with limbs multiple fractures admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2012 to September 2015 were selected as the observation object and randomly divided into two groups with 29 cases in each，the control group were treated with conventional method，the experimental group were treated with damage-control orthopaedics，the curative effects，incidence rates of complications and quality of life scores were compared and observed between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate in the control group was obviously lower than that in the experimental group，（68.97%vs 86.21%），there were obvious differences in the incidence rate and quality of life score between the two groups after treatment，P＜0.05.Conclusion The effect of damage-control orthopaedics in treatment of patients with unstable pelvic fractures combined with limbs multiple fractures is obvious.

不稳定骨盆骨折合并四肢多发骨折属于临床骨科较常见的疾病之一，该病的病情较严重，若不及时治疗，易使患者的运动功能出现障碍，严重影响患者的生活质量［1］。该院对不稳定骨盆骨折合并四肢多发骨折患者采取骨科损伤控制治疗，将2012年1月—2015年9月收治的58例不稳定骨盆骨折合并四肢多发骨折患者作为观察对象，随机分成两组。对照组采取常规治疗，实验组采取骨科损伤控制治疗，通过对比两组的疗效、并发症发生率以及生活质量评分来判断骨科损伤控制在不稳定骨盆骨折合并四肢多发骨折治疗中的应用价值，经研究发现，对不稳定骨盆骨折合并四肢多发骨折患者采取骨科损伤控制治疗，效果显著，现报道如下。……
