ABCD2评分预测TIA的卒中风险的应用价值

目的探究ABCD2评分在短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）卒中风险的应用价值。方法方便择取该院2013年1月—2015年10月收治的TIA卒中患者120例设置为该次的研究对象，按照基本病情分为A组、B组、C组，病情分别为高危、中危、低危，每组患者均有40例，比较3组患者7 d内出现脑梗死的概率。结果A、B、C 3组患者7 d内发生脑梗死的百分比分别为2.5%（1/40）、27.5%（11/40）、52.5%（21/40）。结论对短暂性脑缺血发作患者采用ABCD2评分具有积极的临床应用价值，可用于判定临床上进展为脑梗死的一种有效方法，值得推荐采纳。

［Abstract］Objective To study the application value of ABCD2 score in predicting the transient ischemic attack stroke risk.Methods 120 cases of TIA stroke patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to October 2015 were selected as the research object and divided into the group A，group B and group C with 40 cases in each according to the basis conditions of patients，the disease conditions were divided into the high risk，average risk and low risk，and the incidence rates of cerebral infarction within 7 days were compared between the three groups.Results The incidence rates of cerebral infarction within 7 days of the three groups were respectively 2.5%（1/40），27.5%（11/40）and 52.5%（21/40）.Conclusion For patients with transient ischemic attack，the ABCD2 score is of positive clinical application value，which can be used as an effective method of determining the evaluation of cerebral infarction in clinic，which is worth recommendation and adopting.

短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）是临床上用来判别脑梗死的一种预警信号［1］，据临床研究［2-3］显示，约有33.33% 的TIA患者病情可进展为脑梗死，其中66.67%的患者发生脑梗死的时间为7 d内，可进一步加重病情，造成患者残障，直接降低了患者的日常生活质量，且需承担昂贵的医疗费用，给患者及其家属造成了极大的心理压力，为此，加强该类疾病的研究具有十分积极的临床意义。该研究回顾性分析了该院2013年1月—2015年10月收治的120例TIA卒中患者的临床资料，并按照病情严重程度分为A、B、C 3组，均采用ABCD2评分判定TIA患者进展为脑梗死的概率，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
