射频消融术联合放疗治疗肺转移癌疗效探讨

目的探讨射频消融联合放疗治疗肺转移癌的疗效。方法方便收集2012年1月—2015月1月符合条件的肺转移患者75例，随机分为治疗组合对照组，治疗组45例，采用射频消融联合常规放疗，对照组30例，采用常规放疗。观察两组患者治疗的疗效及1，2，3年生存率。结果治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为77.8%和53.3%（P＜0.05）；治疗组与对照组的1，2，3年生存率分别为73.3%和30.0%；44.4%和20.0%；28.9%和10.0%（P＜0.05）。结论射频消融联合放疗可有效地提高治疗有效率，延长肺转移癌患者的生存时间。

［Abstract］Objective To discuss the curative effect of radiofrequency ablation combined with radiotherapy in treatment of lung metastatic nodule.Methods 75 cases of eligible patients with lung metastatic nodule treated from January 2012 to January 2015 were collected and randomly divided into two groups，the treatment group （45 cases）adopted radiofrequency ablation combined with conventional radiotherapy，the control group （30 cases）adopted conventional radiotherapy，and the curative effects and 1-year，2-year and 3-year survival rates of the two groups were observed.Results The effective rate was 77.8%in the treatment group and 53.3%in the control group（P＜0.05），the 1-year，2-year and 3-year survival rates of the treatment group and the control group were respectively 73.3%and 30.0%；44.4%and 20.0%；28.9%and 10.0%（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation combined with radiotherapy can effectively improve the treatment effective rate and prolonged the survival time of patients with lung metastatic nodule.

恶性肿瘤的重要特点之一是远处转移，肺是恶性肿瘤转移多发的器官，全身各部位的恶性肿瘤基本都可以转移到肺。患者一旦出现肺转移，病情相对较晚，诸多患者因为心血管疾病等身体状况不能耐受手术治疗，选用全身化疗、局部放疗、灌注化疗等方法治疗的效果都不理想。射频消融术（RFA）的出现为肺转移瘤的综合治疗提供了一条新的途径。选取该院肿瘤科在2012年1月—2015年1月收治的75例肺转移患者为研究对象，采用（RFA）联合放疗治疗转移性肺癌，取得较好临床疗效，现报道如下。
