宫腔镜宫颈病变切除术与宫颈病变环形电切术治疗宫颈良性病变的效果探讨

目的探讨宫腔镜宫颈病变切除术与宫颈病变环形电切术治疗宫颈良性病变的效果。方法整群选取2012年10月—2015年12月期间该院收治的96宫颈良性病变的患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（n=40）和观察组（n=56），对照组行宫颈病变环形电切术治疗，观察组行宫腔镜宫颈病变切除术治疗，对比治疗效果。结果对照组患者的总有效率为80%明显低于观察组患者的总有效率95%，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），对照组患者的术中出血量多于观察组，手术时间、创伤的愈合时间稍长于观察组，两组患者术中出血量比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），两组患者的手术时间和创伤愈合时间比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），对照组并发症发生率为2.5%，观察组无并发症发生，组间比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），该患者经过相应治疗后血止，所有患者均未出现复发情况。 结论宫腔镜宫颈病变切除术治疗宫颈良性病变，疗效明显，术中出血量少，利于患者术后的恢复，具有重要的临床应用价值。

［Abstract］Objective To observe the effect of transcervical resection of cervical lesion and loop electro-surical excisional procedure in treatment of cervical benign lesion.Methods 96 cases of patients with cervical benign lesion admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2012 to December 2015 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups，the control group（40 cases）were treated with loop electro-surical excisional procedure，the observation group （56 cases）were treated with transcervical resection of cervical lesion，and the treatment effects were compared.Results The total effective rate in the control group was obviously lower than that in the observation group，（80%vs 95%），and the difference had statistical significance by comparison（P＜0.05），the intraoperative blood loss in the control group was more than that in the observation group，and the operation time and trauma healing time in the control group were slightly longer than those in the observation group，and the comparison in the intraoperative blood loss between groups had statistical significance，（P＜0.05），the comparisons in the operation time and trauma healing time between groups had no statistical significance，（P＞0.05），the difference in the incidence rate of complications between the control group and the observation group had no statistical significance，（P＞0.05），and the blood of patients was stopped after corresponding treatment，and recrudescence did not occur to any patient.Conclusion The curative effect of transcervical resection of cervical lesion in treatment of cervical benign lesion is obvious with less intraoperative blood loss，and it is conducive to the postoperative recovery of patients，and it is of important clinical application value.
