冠心病合并心律失常的临床观察及疗效分析

【摘要】目的 探究冠心病合并心律失常的临床治疗方法及其效果。方法 对我院2013年2月～2014年10月接收的60例冠心病合并心律失常患者进行治疗，首先将患者按照入院的先后顺序进行分组，然后对对照组采用常规方法治疗，观察组在对照组基础上采用曲美他嗪治疗，观察两组效果并比较。结果 两组均未出现明显的不良反应，而对照组总有效率80．0%低于观察组93．3%，组间比较差异具有统计学意义，P＜0．05。结论 冠心病合并心律失常采用曲美他嗪进行治疗，能够有效的改善患者临床症状，同时提高治疗的有效率，且用药相对安全。

Objective To explore the clinical treatment of coronary heart disease combined with arrhythmia and its effect． Methods In our hospital，received 60 cases of coronary heart disease combined with arrhythmia from February 2013 to October 2014． First of all，the patients were grouped into two groups．The control group with conventional treatment，the observation group based on the control group in use of trimetazidine treatment，then observed the effect of the two groups and compared． Results The two groups had not significant adverse reactions，while the control group of total effective rate was 80．0%，less than the observation group 93．3%，there were significant differences between the groups，P＜0．05． Conclusion Coronary heart disease combined with arrhythmia by trimetazidine treatment，can effectively improve the clinical symptoms，and improve the treatment efficiency，and drug use are relatively safe．

冠心病是临床常见疾病，患者出现该病多是因为冠状动脉发生硬化而导致心血管狭窄等，从而使心肌血液灌注不足，心肌发生缺血的现象使患者脏器功能受到一定程度的影响，该病发生后如果没有得到及时有效的治疗，患者病情会迅速发展，从而导致多种并发症状，心律失常是常见的一类并发症；此时患者如果还没有得到及时干预，则很有可能出现心肌梗死等情况，对于患者的生命安全造成严重威胁。本次我们对我院接收的60例冠心病合并心律失常患者进行分组，然后对对照组采用常规方法治疗，观察组在对照组基础上采用曲美他嗪治疗，旨在提高冠心病合并心律失常的临床疗效，现将详细情况进行分析，报道如下。……
