[摘要] 目的 探讨特殊护理在人工流产孕妇中的应用效果。 方法 分析我院2014年6～12月人工流产孕妇600例临床资料，依据护理方法分为对照组（常规护理）300例和特殊护理组300例。观察两组人工流产孕妇对于护理工作质量评分，护理前后生活质量、社会支持评分情况。 结果 特殊护理组人工流产孕妇手术环境、护理仪表、护理操作、护理态度、心理护理、人文关怀、术后健康教育、对于孕妇态度、术后注意事项的评分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组人工流产孕妇护理前生活质量、社会支持评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），对照组人工流产孕妇护理后生活质量、社会支持评分均高于护理前，特殊护理组人工流产孕妇护理后生活质量、社会支持评分均高于护理前，特殊护理组人工流产孕妇护理后生活质量、社会支持评分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 特殊护理在人工流产孕妇中应用，可以明显改善护理工作质量评分，提高生活质量和社会支持度，值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore application effect of special care on pregnant women with abortion. Methods From June to December in 2014，600 clinical data of pregnant women with abortion were analyzed in our hospital.According to different nursing methods，they were evenly divided into control group （regular nursing） and special care group.The quality score of nursing work by abortion of pregnant women，scores of quality of life before and after nursing in these participants，and social support were observed in the two groups. Results In the special care group，scores of surgical situation，nursing appearance，nursing performance，nursing attitude，psychological care，humanistic care，postoperative health education，attitude towards pregnant women，and precautions after surgery were all much higher than those of control group，which were all displayed statistical differences（P<0.05）.The scores of quality of life before nursing and social support in abortion of pregnant women were not in statistical differences in both groups （P>0.05）.In the control group，scores of quality of life after nursing and social support were both higher than those prior nursing.In the special care group，scores of quality of life after nursing and social support were both higher in comparison with those prior nursing as well as that in the control group with statistical differences （P<0.05）. Conclusion Application of special care in abortion of pregnant women can remarkably improve the quality score of nursing work as well as quality of life and social support，which is worthy of clinical promotion.

随着时代的进步和人们婚育观念的变化，人工流产在临床应用的比例明显增高，相对而言，人工流产的护理干预措施的探讨也随之增多。人工流产是指未进行避孕或者避孕行为失败，发生意外妊娠，在妊娠早期认为终止妊娠的一种补救措施[1-2]。人工流产作为一种创伤性手术，其作为一种应激源，会对孕妇的心理、生理造成不同程度的影响，有效的护理措施，可以改善人工流产孕妇的身心健康。特殊护理措施作为近年来我院采取的一种护理方式，是从人的角度出发，结合临床必需的护理措施和针对性护理措施，加入人文关怀和护患沟通交流，从而满足孕妇的情感和精神的需要[3-4]。……
