摘 要：理实一体化教学是我国职业院校教学改革的一项重要举措，它将学生作为教学活动的主体，由“双师型”素质教师负责指导，理论与实验实训交替进行，师生双方边教、边学、边做，共同完成某个教学目标和教学任务，旨在提高被教育者的综合素质。2010年浙江交通技师学院被确定为“国家中职教育改革发展示范校项目建设学校”，学院现代物流专业被确定为重点建设专业。为更好地实施高技能人才培养，学院现代物流专业积极推行一体化教学改革，取得较好成效。

Abstract： The integration of science and practice teaching is an important measure of teaching reform in vocational colleges in China. The students as the main body of the teaching activities， by the“double teacher type”teachers is responsible for directing， alternatively in theory and practice， teachers and students both teaching， learning， doing， together to complete a teaching goal and the teaching task to improve the overall quality of education. In 2010， Zhejiang Traffic Technician College was identified as“national secondary occupation education reform and development demonstration school construction project construction school”， the college's modern logistics major were identified as one of the key construction majors. In order to implement the training of highly skilled talents， the college's modern logistics major actively promote the integration of teaching reform， and achieved good results.

浙江交通技师学院创建于1974年，是一所隶属于浙江省交通运输厅，以培养交通、机电、商贸类高技能人才为主的国家级重点技工院校、首批国家中等职业教育改革发展示范学校。学院占地321亩，建筑面积12.43万平方米，总资产4.3亿元；拥有中央财政支持职业教育实训基地1个、省级高技能人才培（实）训基地3个、省级开放实训中心1个，各类实验实训室50余个，实验实训仪器设备总值8 440余万元；现有全日制在校学生7 300余人，开设有交通、机电、商贸3大类14个专业，举办汽车维修工、物流师等10余个工种的社会培训和技能鉴定。近年来，学院现代物流专业先行先试，在一体化教学方面进行了一系列的探索与实践。

1 一体化教学改革总体思路

根据建设要求，学院对现代物流专业人才培养模式进行了提炼和优化，提出了明确的改革思路：一是在专业建设过程中，坚持以岗位职业能力分析为基础，面向整个工作过程，综合分析物流工作岗位所需的知识、能力、技能、态度等，把职业标准和能力要求转化为课程体系，突出岗位职业能力培养。……
