摘 要：物流业新常态下，物流企业转型升级对高职教育提出了提高人才培养质量的迫切要求，亟待高职院校增强专业人才支撑。文章深入分析了物流业新常态下转型升级企业核心业务领域和主要岗位群对职业能力提出的更高要求，以广东交通职业技术学院报关与国际货运专业为例，提出了提高人才培养质量的一系列专业改革措施，介绍了提高人才培养质量的实践成效。结果显示，专业改革显著增强了学生的职业能力和就业质量，为物流企业转型升级增强了人才支撑，同时显著改进了专业教学质量，增强了专业团队教学研究能力。

Abstract： In new normality of logistics industry， industry transformation and upgrading makes urgent requirement on higher vocational education to improve the quality of talents cultivation. The paper first analyzes higher requirement on vocational abilities from core business area and major positions group under logistics industry transformation and upgrading in the new normality. Taking customs declaration and international freight specialty of Guangdong Communication Polytechnic for an example， it proposes a series of measures for improving the quality of talents cultivation， and introduces the practical effectiveness. The results indicate that the reform effectively strengthens students' vocational abilities and employment quality and enhances talents support for regional industry transformation and upgrading. It also significantly improves teaching quality of the specialty and teaching research abilities of the specialty team.

近年来，随着我国物流业进入新常态发展阶段，物流业加快转型升级。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010

-2020年）》指出高职教育要适应产业转型升级的需求，提高人才培养质量，为产业转型升级提供人才支撑[1]。《教育部关于深化职业教育教学改革全面提高人才培养质量的若干意见》（教职成[2015]6号）提出坚持产教融合，推动教育教学改革与产业转型升级衔接配套[2]。随着我国物流业加快转型升级，国际供应链物流成为产业结构调整、物流服务升级的主要方向之一，新的核心业务领域对报关与国际货运专业人才产生了大量需求，同时物流企业主要岗位群和典型工作任务发生了显著变化，要求从业人员提高职业能力，要求高职院校报关与国际货运专业提高人才培养质量，为物流业新常态下企业转型升级提供人才支撑。……
