摘 要：居民收入水平的提高和受保健养生的观念推动，人们对生鲜农产品的需求量越来越大，生鲜农产品的品质安全已经成为了人们普遍关注的话题。通过对广西生鲜农产品的数据概括，分析广西生鲜农产品冷链物流现状和机遇，对广西发展生鲜农产品冷链物流中存在的问题进行深入研究，提出适合广西生鲜农产品冷链物流发展的对策建议。

Abstract： The improvement of residents' income level and the concept of the health care keeping in good health， the growing demand for fresh agricultural products， fresh agricultural product quality security has become a widely concerned topic. Through analyzing data generalization of fresh agricultural products in Guangxi， analysis Guangxi fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics present situation and the opportunities， for the problems existing in the development of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics in Guangxi for further research， and puts forward some countermeasures for fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics development suggestions in Guangxi.

随着中国老龄化的发展，人们普遍开始了保健养生，生鲜农产品就是保健养生的必不可少的一部分，已经成为了人们餐桌的必需品，所以最近几年人们对生鲜农产品的需求越来越大，对生鲜农产品的质量也越来越关注。但是由于生鲜农产品易腐性、时效性的特点，对采摘、运输、销售等环节都有较高的要求，这样才能保证生鲜农产品的新鲜度。广西是生鲜农产品生产大省之一，2013年广西水果产量1 433.42万t，蔬菜总产量2 500万t，但是由于广西冷链物流无法满足市场的需要，致使生鲜农产品腐败损坏率过高，因此，研究广西生鲜农产品冷链物流，可以为其发展提出适合的策略，也对我国其他地区冷链物流的发展提供参考。

1 广西生鲜农产品的概括

广西是东盟各国和中国贸易的中转站，因此，生鲜农产品对内可以输送到国内其他地区，对外可以出口到东盟及其他国家。根据2014年广西的统计年鉴可以发现，近年来，广西的农产品生产产量和产值都在不断的提高，具体见表1和表2。……
