摘 要：随着国家“一带一路”战略的深入发展，着力打造“草原丝绸之路”经济带已经成为内蒙古经济发展的新常态。物流作为推进经济发展的先导性产业，具有支撑和连接各相关产业的链条作用，其重要性也日益凸显，尤其是作为干线运输的支柱——铁路运输，更成为了确保“草原丝绸之路”平稳健康发展的重要保障。文章通过对内蒙古集通铁路集团的现状分析，阐述了其发展现代物流过程中存在的问题，并从加强基础设施建设、团队建设、信息化建设等方面提出了解决对策，对内蒙古地区铁路物流现代化发展，更好地推进草原丝绸之路建设提供了积极的思路。

Abstract： With the further development of national strategy of“area”， strive to build“grassland silk road”economic belt has become a new normal of economic development in Inner Mongolia. Logistics as the guiding industry for promoting the development of the economy， with supporting and connecting the relevant industries chain effect， its importance is increasingly prominent， especially as the pillar of the trunk line transportation， railway transportation， the more make sure“grassland silk road”smooth and healthy development of the important guarantee. This article through the analysis of the present situation of Inner Mongolia of Ji-tong Railway Group， expounds the modern logistics development problems that exist in the process， and from strengthening the infrastructure construction， team construction， information construction aspects put forward the countermeasures， such as the modernization of railway logistics development in Inner Mongolia， to better promote the grassland silk road construction provides positive thought.

“草原丝绸之路”是指古代中国中原地区向北越过长城进入塞外，然后穿越蒙古高原、南俄草原、中西亚北部，西去欧洲的陆路商道。东端起点在中国北方长城地带，主要在内蒙古自治区。内蒙古地处祖国北疆，地域辽阔，内连八个省区，外接蒙古国和俄罗斯，边境线长达4 200多公里，拥有19个公路口岸。独特的区位优势，使内蒙古成为我国向北开放的重要桥头堡和充满活力的沿边经济带。随着国家“一带一路”战略的深入发展，着力打造“草原丝绸之路”经济带已经成为内蒙古经济发展的新常态。物流作为推进经济发展的先导性产业，具有支撑和连接各相关产业的链条作用，其重要性也日益凸显，尤其是作为干线运输的支柱——铁路运输，更成为了确保“草原丝绸之路”平稳健康发展的重要保障。……
