摘 要：文章建立了湛江地区港口物流与农业发展的系统动力学模型，证明了新型城镇化进程中，农业现代化使越来越多农产品以集装箱形式进入港口物流体系、为湛江港提供新的货源，使传统上为工业品流通服务的港口集装箱物流得到新的发展动力。而充足的货流会降低港口供应链的综合运作成本、促进农业现代化的进一步发展。这有助于建设新型城镇化，最终实现湛江地区城乡协调发展、共同富裕。

Abstract： In the process of new-type urbanization， the agricultural modernization results in more and more products enter the port logistics system. This is a new source of container cargo. This paper establishes a system dynamics model of port logistics and agricultural development in Zhanjiang area， as empirical case. The running of the model could prove that the development of container flow would reduce the operation cost of supply chain， and promote back the agricultural modernization. Finally the new-type urbanization would be realized through proper port container logistics of agricultural products.

0 引 言

以港口为核心的物流产业是驱动沿海港口城市经济快速发展的重要战略资源。作为特殊形态下的综合物流体系，港口物流是沿海区域经济发展的晴雨表和动力源。而集装箱运输是现代港口物流的核心业务。作为目前世界主流的物流方式，以港口和集装箱场站为主要物流节点的集装箱多式联运是实现货物远距离流通、实现货物空间价值的低价高效途径。

在工业发达地区，产业聚集形成的大量工业产品可使用港口集装箱物流服务进行高效流通，而业务量的提升会促进港口本身进一步发展。但相对于工业品，农产品受到传统分散产销模式的束缚——运输批量小、适箱率低，更多使用散装和小包装形式来加工储运，效率低、损耗大。

雷州半岛是一个工业欠发达地区，位于我国大陆最南端。该地属于湛江市行政管辖，分布着以湛江港为龙头的港口群。……
