摘 要 农业院校开展大学生创新创业教育是高等学校优化人才培养模式，顺应现代化农业发展的迫切要求。但从目前情况看，农业院校大学生创新创业教育普遍存在着教育目的不明确、课程体系不完善、教师队伍不健全、实践基地缺乏、组织机构衔接不紧密等问题，因此，各农业院校必须及时采取措施，完善创新创业教育的薄弱点，以求为农业现代化和社会进步培养出创新型农业科学技术和管理人才。

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Agricultural Colleges and Universities

Abstract Agricultural Colleges and universities to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education is to optimize the training mode of talents in Colleges and universities， which is an urgent requirement to adapt to the development of modern agriculture. But from the current situation， innovation and entrepreneurship education of agricultural college students widespread education purpose is not clear， curriculum system is not perfect， teachers' team is not perfect， lack of practice base， organizational cohesion not closely and other issues. Therefore， the agricultural colleges and universities must to take timely measures to improve the innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in weak points， in order to agricultural modernization and social progress for develop a new agricultural science and technology and management personnel.

所謂创新创业教育实质上是一种实用教育，具体是指以培育大学生的创新创业意识、精神、思维和能力为主的教育。国务院办公厅下发的《关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》对创新创业教育的改革进程、教育理念、制度成果、预期目标等明确了具体要求。农业教育具有很强的行业性和特殊性，承担着培养创新型农业科学技术和管理人才的重任。①农业院校必须提高对创新创业教育的重视度，及时优化人才培养策略，为农业现代化发展和社会进步培养出创新创业人才。

1 农业院校大学生创新创业教育的现状分析

近些年来，大学生创新创业教育逐渐得到了各级政府、社会各界和高校的重视，农业院校作为高等院校的一部分，也在积极宣传和开展大学生创新创业教育。但从实际情况来看，大部分农业院校创新创业教育仍处于初级阶段，在开展的过程中存在着许多问题。……
