摘 要 高校学生会组织是大学生群众性的自治组织，应顺应时代发展潮流和学生成长成才的需要，从学生思想政治教育、科技创新、志愿服务、校园文化活动等多方面入手，为全校学生提供广阔的发展平台。本文就学生会组织的概念诠释及发展历史进行了简单阐述，指出了当代高校学生会组织在对学生创业、就业意识培养上存在的若干问题，并提供了建设性的意见，也为更好的建设服务型学生会提供了新思路。

Research on the Construction of College Students' Organization for

Students' Entrepreneurship and Employment Consciousness

Abstract College student organization is autonomous student mass organizations， should conform to the needs of the development trend of the times and the students'growth， from students' Ideological and political education， science and technology innovation， volunteer service， campus culture live moving and so on to start， and provides a broad platform for the development of the school students. The students will organization of the interpretation of the concept and development history of simple elaboration， points out that the contemporary college student organization in to cultivate students entrepreneurship， employment consciousness exists some problems， and provides constructive suggestions for better construction of service-oriented student will provide the new idea.

1 高校学生会组织的概念

高校学生会组织作为高等学校组织结构必不可缺的一个部门，实则是在党委领导及团委领导的带领下组织起来的对学生的日常生活及工作学习进行评检的组织，是学校与学生连接的纽带桥梁，本着自我服务、自我监督、自我管理、自我教育的原则，通过举办一些活动或社会服务，团结全体同学，增强同学知识涵养及生活素质培养，促使同学德智体美劳等方面全面发展的学生的群众性组织。高等学校学生会的设立包括校学生会及院系学生会。

2 高校学生会的发展历史

自1902年美国留学生社团的成立、国内第一个学生社团抗俄铁血会的成立、国内第一个自然科学社团中国科学社、国内第一个全国性学生组织全国学联的成立，到五四运动时期的以爱国救国为主题的大型联合组织北京大学学生会……
