摘 要 高校图书馆资源是工程类专业人才培养的一个重要影响因素，管理方法的正确与否，直接影响该类人才培养的质量。文章拟通过对高校图书馆工程类资源的通识课程资源、专业课程资源、科研类资源和电子资源四个方面的资源管理方法进行分析讨论，找出其管理方法中的一些不足之处，并提出建议，以便于对高校图书馆工程类资源管理方法进行完善。

Abstract University library resource is an important influence factor of engineering professional personnel training， and the management method is correct or not， which directly affects the quality of personnel training. This paper analyzes and discusses through university library project resources through knowledge curriculum resources， curriculum resources， scientific research resources and electronic resources four aspects， the ways of resource management were discussed and find out some of the inadequacies of the management method， and puts forward some suggestions， in order to improve the high school library project resource management method.

中国高等工程教育规模已居世界第一，2013年普通本专科工程类在校生数为870万人，招生252万人，毕业228万人。①随着我国经济的发展，基础设施建设日新月异，对工程类人才的需求量也与日俱增，加强工程类人才的培养成为一个必然的趋势。其中，卓越工程师教育培养计划的人才培养目标为，“面向工业界、面向世界、面向未来，培养造就一大批创新能力强、适应经济社会发展需要的高质量工程技术人才”。②如何培养人才，资源是其中非常重要的一个因素，而图书馆作为知识数据库的作用就更加明显。因此，高校图书馆工程类资源管理就需要跟上时代的步伐，与时俱进。笔者通过对高校图书馆工程类资源的通识课程资源、专业课程资源、科研类资源和电子资源四个方面，对资源管理进行分析讨论，从而发现管理方法中的不足，并提出自己的建议，为改善高校图书馆管理方法提供一些参考。
