【摘要】 目的 探究舌下含服尘螨滴剂对变应性鼻炎的治疗效果。方法 52例变应性鼻炎患者， 采用舌下含服尘螨滴剂治疗， 经过12个月的治疗后， 观察治疗效果， 对患者治疗前后症状与体征评分进行对比分析， 并对不良反应情况准确统计。结果 52例患者治疗总有效率为78.85%；与治疗前相比， 患者治疗后喷嚏、流涕、鼻痒以及鼻塞等症状与体征评分均明显降低， 且症状体征总分也明显降低， 差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；有4例患者产生局部不适感， 有2例患者产生局部荨麻疹。结论 舌下含服尘螨滴剂对变应性鼻炎的治疗效果显著， 安全性较高， 可改善患者的临床症状。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate curative effect by sublingual administration of dust mites drops for allergic rhinitis. Methods There were 52 patients with allergic rhinitis receiving sublingual administration of dust mites drops for treatment. After treatment for 12 months， curative effect was observed， symptoms and vital signs were compared and analyzed， and adverse reactions were taken in accurate summary. Results Total effective rate in 52 cases was 78.85%. Comparing with those before treatment， patients had obviously reduced cough， rhinorrhoea， rhinocnesmus， rhinobyon and vital signs score， along with reduced total score of symptoms. The difference had statistical significance （P<0.05）. There were 4 cases with local discomfort and 2 cases with local urticaria. Conclusion Sublingual administration of dust mites drops shows precise effect in treating allergic rhinitis， with high safety and improvement of clinical symptoms.

变应性鼻炎是一种常见的耳鼻喉科疾病， 最近几年的发病率越来越高， 对患者的生活质量造成直接影响。导致变应性鼻炎发病的因素较多， 其中最为严重的是接触过敏原尘螨， 所以， 临床通常选择特异性免疫对其治疗， 以此改善患者的临床症状， 使变应性疾病的自然进程发生变化[1]。粉尘螨滴剂是现阶段治疗粉尘螨变应原导致的变应性鼻炎的有效药物， 具有较好的治疗效果。本研究探讨了舌下含服尘螨滴剂对变应性鼻炎的治疗效果， 现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1. 1 一般资料 选取本院2012年11月～2014年4月收治的52例变应性鼻炎患者， 均满足变应性鼻炎的诊断标准， 同时， 按照吸入性及食物性过敏原特异性免疫球蛋白E（IgE）抗体检测（欧蒙印迹法）结果均已确诊， 将妊娠期者、哺乳期者恶性肿瘤者以及严重器质性疾病者排除。其中男32例， 女20例， 最小年龄20岁， 最大65岁， 平均年龄（35.2±8.5）岁， 最短病程2年， 最长病程15年， 平均病程（4.6±3.0）年。……
