摘要：在信息高速发展的大浪潮中，传统的学习方式跟不上时代的发展，文章通过对自主学习内涵的阐述和对网络教学的优点分析，提出在网络环境下对地方高校大学生自主学习能力的培养探究，通过对网络环境下高职学生自主学习能力现状的分析，提出解决方法，有计划、有策略的对学生的自主学习能力进行培养，也为学生终身学习奠定坚实的基础。

On the Cultivation of Students' Autonomous Learning Ability in the Network Teaching Environment

Abstract： In the tide of information high speed development， the traditional way of learning to keep up with the times development， the exposition of the connotation of autonomous learning and the advantages of network teaching analysis proposed in the network environment of local college students autonomous learning inquiry ability， based on under the network environment， higher vocational college students autonomous learning ability present situation analysis， puts forward the solving method， plan， strategy of the students autonomous learning ability training， for students' lifelong learning and lay a solid foundation.

在我国，对于大部分人来说，从小学到中学乃至大学，接受的都是传统教育方式下的教育，传统教育强调的是知识的传递，从一个人传递给另一个人，老师在讲台上讲，学生被动式的接受学习。

然而，随着时代的发展，科技的进步，当今社会的信息量大、知识更新速度快，人们的工作和生活以及学习方式也发生着巨大的改变，传统的学习方式跟不上时代的需求。作为教育者，我们在与时俱进改变自己教学方式的同时，还需引导学生们改变“被动式的接受学习”的习惯与倾向。利用日渐丰富的网络资源进行教学，倡导学生独立地以分析、探索、实践、质疑、创造等方法来实现学习目标，大力培养学生的自主学习能力。

1 自主学习的内涵

自主学习是一种现代化的学习方式，将传统教育下的“以教师为主体”转变为“以学生为主体”，倡导学生主动参与、乐于探究、勤于动手，培养学生搜集和处理信息的能力、获取新知识的能力、分析和解决问题的能力以及交流与合作的能力[1]。……
