高校辅导员职业能力提升路径研究*

摘要：为增强辅导员职业的社会认同，提升辅导员职业地位和职业公信力，辅导员队伍必须不断提升自身素质和职业能力。辅导员必须在思想政治、道德品格、职业情感、业务能力等方面，深化并完善自身的发展内涵。通过明确辅导员岗位职责、加强实践能力、注重能力培训、建立考评机制、建立激励制度、退出机制等路径提升高校辅导员的职业能力。

关键词：高校辅导员；职业能力；提升路径；思想教育

Abstract：To obtain social recognition and support，the counselor team must constantly improve their own quality and professional ability. Professional counselors must perfect the connotation of their self-development in ideological，moral character，professional emotion，professional ability，etc.. And their professional ability can be improved by clarifying their responsibility，strengthening their practical ability，paying attention to ability training，establishing the evaluation mechanism and incentive system.

高校辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量，是高校学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者。随着社会经济的不断发展，意识形态也趋于多元化［1］。辅导员思想教育的价值体现和自身发展都依赖于辅导员职业能力水平，故而，提升高校辅导员职业能力对思政工作队伍建设和辅导员自身发展都具有深远的现实意义。

一、高校辅导员职业能力的范畴

辅导员的职业能力主要有以下几个特征：第一，现实关照性。在工作过程中要以大学生成长实际为基础，关心学生的成才、择业、交友、健康等方面的具体问题［2］。第二，行为导向性。在思想政治教育的过程中，辅导员应当把阶级性的思想观念和道德规范传递给学生，教育并引导学生在实际生活中进行吸收，以达到具体的教育效果［3］。……
